Comfort and excellent service

On our most recent trip to Valencia we stayed at the Cristal Park Hotel. We were assigned a room on the 12th floor with an incredible view over the capital of Carabobo.
We loved the spacious space and the comfort of the bed but above all, the kindness of the staff, especially in the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed.
Another positive point is their food: everything tasted spectacular.
Ultimately we will return to Cristal Park.

Great Hotel

Right now I’m staying at the Cristal Park Hotel! It’s a very nice hotel, I would say it’s fancy. The hotel employees are great at their jobs; the bellhops, receptionist, concierge, all of them are really well prepared. It’s a breath of fresh aire to feel that these are people who really know how to treat guests.
The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, great decore, the shower is amazing, thumbs up to everything.
Room service was really nice as well, we wanted to go to the restaurant but it closed earlier than if normally does, so we ordered room service. The people from the restaurants were so sorry that we weren’t able to go to the restaurant that what we ordered for the rooms was courtesy of the hotel, which means free! It was a very nice gesture.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again any time I’m in Valencia. Definitely recommendation worthy.

Reasonable option for business travellers

Located in a hotel-starving city, its correct service and reasonable prices outwork their limited dinning options (with low variety-offer)
It lacks most of usual infrastructure (like a pool for example), so be warned that it looks like their market segment is business travellers

El mejor hotel de Valencia, Venezuela

Excelente hotel en Valencia, Venezuela. Muy cómodo, aseado y tranquilo. El personal es super amable y te atiende a cuerpo de rey. Para descansar es muy bueno, no se escuchan ruidos y duermes de maravilla. El restaurante es muy bueno.

El mejor hotel de Valencia, Venezuela

Calidad, buen gusto excelente atencion y servicio. Hotel bien ubicado, tranquilo y eficidnte para el descanso. Buena comida y super aseado. Me propocinaron un espacio para trabajar muy comodo. Estoy muy agradecido por las atenciones recibidas. Venezuela merece ser reconocida en el ejemllo de calidad como ustedes. Sigan adelante
