Honest review

We liked the rest. The weather didn't fail. The sea was constantly stormy, the waves were high, the water was also very invigorating. I only bathed in it twice. We were given a room on the 3rd floor quite normal, cleaned every day. There was no hot water at all for the first days. You didn't need an adapter on the outlets. A rope to dry clothes came in handy. The water in the room was being updated. In the early days they ate at a restaurant near the beach. The food is delicious, varied. But birds, dogs and cats attacked. If you come alone, while you go get something else, the plate will be split. Swimming mostly in the pool. One day my husband left his shorts by the pool, they disappeared without a trace. Watch your stuff. We went on field trips. One was taken from Venetur to the island of Coce at a cost of 85 dollars per person. Venetur's organization is very limp. They promised to send information on the tour and they forgot about us. After dinner, she wrote to them herself. They didn't warn us to get passports. Very irresponsible. On Kocha, we were put on a boat with grief in half from passport photos. The tour itself really enjoyed. But there was something that made us sad. Beach workers offer obsessive cocaine. My husband was clutched, I mothered them all over the beach, only then to fall behind. It was so cold driving back in the car. The driver didn't know what I wanted from him. Venetoure has decided not to contact again. The second tour was bought from Alexanro, sightseeing. Very much in, Russian-speaker, long-term resident of Margarita. Professional guide. We'll go fishing with him.

Concerning excursions and transfers: we understand your frustration with other company poor organization and lack of communication. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for operations managed by third-party providers — Sunsol Hotels is only responsible for services and activities directly provided by the hotel.
We are very concerned about your report of people offering drugs on the beach. That behavior is not tolerated; if this happens again, inform Reception or security right away so we can take action and coordinate with local authorities.
We regret the uncomfortable return ride (cold vehicle and communication issues with the driver).

Excellent attention and professionalism

The best experience we have had in this place, excellent service, first-class food and drinks, attention, cleanliness, recreation areas, security, and dedicated attention from the staff. I recommend them.

I never imagined...

I went with my wife in search of a well-deserved break to escape the chaos... Initially, we were looking for quality and excellence in accommodation, gastronomy, recreational activities, and service, and we achieved something totally impactful! EXPERIENCE!... Yes!... We were the protagonists, and everything before came as a complement!... And who were the guarantors of that entire experience, in our complete judgment and satisfaction: all the staff working at Sunsol Ecoland, all were exceptional souls who never allowed a second of our time to escape without making us feel like royalty, with respectful, cheerful, and very helpful treatment. Pay for your actions towards the animals!

I went about a week ago regarding the car and if it is true about the animals, they do not allow anyone to give them food or water, and the puppies and kittens can be seen visibly malnourished, and they always remove the animals when they see that they are around the premises and do not let them get close at all. My mom, while feeding a puppy, overheard some employees arguing about how annoying the puppies were and that they wanted to kick them, and she heard them say they were "damn things." As a person, I am completely against anything related to animal abuse; they are beings with feelings and without the ability to speak or defend themselves, and when I saw the news, I was truly very disappointed. Last year, I also went, and it seemed strange to me because in Ecoland there used to be A LOT of kittens in areas like the restaurants and bars, and this time I saw NONE, it honestly seemed very strange to me, but I prefer not to say anything more. NO TO ANIMAL ABUSE! In the photo that was circulated, no matter how much they try to deny it, it is clearly seen that it is one of the courts of Ecoland, truly disappointing for a hotel with so much potential; I hope they pay for their actions towards those who cannot speak.
