Liked and I will return

At the beginning I saw the reviews of other guests I was so scared with the reviews that I almost exchanged from hotel, but since I am not very reliant on the experience of others I did not do it, and I did not regret it... upon arrival I and my son were very well received, we did not have any kind of problem with the care of the staff, quite the contrary, super attentive girls from the reception, now we go to the room, I saw many negative reports about, but in fact I came to the conclusion that the staff who complain is pq want to pay little and have luxury (which does not exist né) the hotel is 3 stars, and makes up to this rating, point! If I want more garbage I pay more and go to a simple 5 stars so, room with fridge bar, air conditioning, two beds, bathroom with heated tap, glass box.... The breakfast is excellent, zero defects, and at the reception we can still count on alfajores, refrigerator magnets, caps and other souvenirs to buy! The location is perfect, close to Av 18 July where we can find everything! For the cost-benefit I liked and would return!

I booked and prepaid for a 10-day stay at Hotel Europa, but I left after just one night and forfeited the rest of my reservation because the conditions were unacceptable.
The room was not just outdated—it was dirty and poorly maintained to a level that felt unsanitary. The mattress was visibly stained, the furniture was covered in dust and residue, and multiple surfaces looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom had rust, grime, and buildup in several areas, and there was a persistent moldy smell throughout the room.
Even the basic structure of the room felt neglected, including damaged fixtures and a door that did not feel secure. The overall condition made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe staying there.
Because of this, I had to find another hotel immediately, which caused unnecessary stress and additional expense during my trip.
I have included photos to document the condition of the room at the time of my stay.
I strongly advise other travelers to avoid booking here, especially for longer stays. The listing does not accurately reflect the reality of the accommodations.

Rooms on the small size and bathrooms need some improves.
Cleaning was ok. And the service is good.
I think the Breakfast is pretty good. A good variety for all kind of taste.
I found a promotion anf for what I paid was ok, otherwise I would have find it overpriced.

The best breakfast of the last world trips!

Hotel with simple room and a good cost benefit. Good bed. Shower box with curtain, could be better. Old renovated hotel. Breakfast is absurdly good, overpaid. The breakfast chef is a Paulista, an 11-year-old employee from the house, who takes care of everything perfectly and with a concern as if she was a mistress! People like that make a difference.
