Great hotel for US travelers
My husband and I have visited several times, and we came once with our family. This is probably our favorite spot in Ukraine. The rooms were clean and spacious, and our children enjoyed the amenities. I was not a fan of the spa massage, but the hotel itself was very upscaleand we enjoyed the service. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We will stay here whenever we visit this part of Ukraine!

Hotel security worker is repelling
I will probably never know what this hotel really looks/feels like.. because the security guy outside the hotel was repelling and ignorant. I happened to stay in Rixos-Prykarpattya resort in Truskavets. My friends told me a lot about Mirotel! I was really curious and was truly planning on staying in Mirotel in the Summer 2022. Since I was so close to Mirotel, walking in the city center, along Shevchenko street, I thought I would stop by Mirotel, learn more about it in person, maybe have a meal in their restaurant that was highly recommended by friends.
I and my partner walked to the driveway in front of the hotel entrance on December 8th, 2021 at around 2pm (14.00). I am a small size, non threatening looking female.. The security guy walked towards me and said: “I am listening”. I said in a friendly tone: “We are just walking, browsing and exploring”. The security guy said: “ You must not walk here, it’s a hotel property, if you don’t stay here you must leave”. I said: “What if I want to stay here at some point?”. He said: “When you stay here, then you will be welcome to use the hotel grounds” I said: “ Is it a private property, is there a sign saying that?” He said: “ Yes, the sign is right there!” He pointed at some sign that was completely covered by 2 inches of snow. I said: “ I can’t see what’s written here, will you be so kind to remove the snow”.. He removed the snow half way, I still couldn’t see the wording on it, he turned around and started walking away. I finished cleaning the sign myself. It was saying: “ Children’s playground is reserved for guests of the hotel only”.. I was trying to call the guy to read it together, he ran away saying (or pretending that he was saying) something on his radio..
Needless to say, I and my partner left without going inside the hotel. We were confused about the local rules and were very unsure we would like to keep this hotel on our “places to go” list.
If the hotel administrator is reading this review: please, educate your staff, have clearly exposed signs around the hotel. You might be loosing guests. There are plenty of hotels in Ukraine that offer daily passes to use their spa, restaurants, so - approaching/entering/taking a photo of your hotel should not be a crime. The security personnel should be able to recognize a real threat..

Good hotel. Prices are expensive . The service is not very good. The food is very good. The repair us good , the furniture is in good condition. Recommend this hotel in Truskaviec , which she has been to more than once.

Wonderful hotel!
After a lot of hostels with - some of them - so so facilities, this was wonderful! Beautiful room, bed, bath and bathroom, too bad our budget only allowed us to be in this hotel for one night only. Excellent breakfast too.
Only thing I didn't like: the full body massage. The masseur clearly was on the automatic pilot and he acted really rough, not relaxing at all.

Mind-blowing
This resort is amazing. When we arrived here with the taxi from the bus station my boyfriend and I were a bit overwhelmed.
We are not used to such luxury. The entrance is amazing. Staff is okay. They speak very good English and are helpful.
The rooms are amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and nice.
The spa part was very nice too.
Breakfast was a lot and good too.
