I have been a regular guest at Hotel Leopolis in Lviv for more than three years, and I can confidently say that the level of service has remained consistently outstanding throughout all my stays.
The hotel team creates a warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly atmosphere that makes every visit feel like coming back home.
I would also like to highlight the excellent transportation services provided by the hotel driver, Volodymyr. His professionalism and friendly attitude make every transfer comfortable and safe.
After more than three years of regular stays, I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Leopolis to anyone visiting Lviv.

No Empathy
I visited this hotel during an air raid alarm in Lviv. Although the hotel is listed as an official bomb shelter open to everyone, they refused entry to two foreign residents and myself, stating tgat their shelter is “private.” I managed to push my way past and go down to the shelter. When the air raid was over, we were told that the next time, they would call the police. To deny shelter during an air raid during a war is a basic denial of human rights. The hotel and its management should be ashamed.

First, our hotel is private property, and the shelter facilities within the hotel are not designated as a public shelter open to anyone from the street. Due to limited capacity, the shelter is intended exclusively for registered hotel guests and our staff, ensuring both safety and comfort for those staying with us.
The air raid alert in question occurred during curfew hours, when movement around the city is restricted. At that time, there was no immediate threat requiring emergency public access measures. Despite this, you entered private property without permission and disregarded the explanations provided by our team regarding these restrictions.
We would also like to emphasize that aggressive behavior and disrespectful language toward our staff are unacceptable under any circumstances.
We fully understand the sensitivity and emotional strain caused by the ongoing war in our country. At the same time, mutual respect for safety protocols, private property, and the people responsible for enforcing these rules remains essential.

It will be bad if you are not a privileged client.
This hotel completely ruined our plans for our next trip simply because it has privileged customers. We have an electric car, the hotel has a charging station and this is one of the reasons why we made this reservation. And when we arrived, the charging station was free electrically, but physically the privileged customer's car did not give access to the charging station. The hotel staff did not even try to contact the interfering customer on his mobile phone, although they knew him for sure, since the mobile phone number is indicated at registration. I was waiting for contact from the hotel administrator until curfew, but no one contacted me and we had to spend three hours to charge the car at a third-party service. Dear future visitors, please keep in mind that if you are not a privileged customer, you will be served as a second-class customer.

We also note that the request for parking was mentioned shortly before arrival, without specific details regarding an electric vehicle and the need for charging. This information helps us better anticipate and manage such situations in advance.
Upon your arrival, our team made efforts to identify and reach the owner of the vehicle, which was blocking the charging spot, however this was not immediately possible in the evening. As soon as the space became available in the morning, you were informed right away.
Please be assured that all our guests are treated equally, and situations like this are operational rather than preferential. We always do our best to assist within the circumstances.

Great value for money in the city centre
Excellent value for money. Very close to the center and with frequent public transport. Excellent service, really friendly and professional. Very clean and bright rooms. The only negative aspect is the price of breakfast, very expensive, but in the area there are bars with delicious cakes and cappuccinos

Really superb accomodation. The staff so friendly and discrete. Room was spacious and clean. Classy and classic, simple design. Will come back for sure. The spa was beautiful. I had my own time and privacy. Clean and impeccable service! Room service was also good.
