Ok hotel if you ignored the workers and treat it as a place to sleep only.
We were assigned a very small room with an extremely poor layout that made it feel even more cramped, especially after adding the baby crib that we had specifically requested when making our reservation. We asked to change rooms and were shown another room that was also small but had a much better design and was more functional. We agreed to move, but the receptionist then claimed that the air conditioning in the new room was not working properly and repeatedly pressured us to remain in our original room, insisting that it was larger—which was simply not true. In the end, we had no real choice because the staff clearly had no intention of accommodating our request.
The room itself was unacceptable. Although the bed was comfortable enough, it was small, and the overall cleanliness was poor. There were dead insects left in the room for several days despite daily housekeeping, demonstrating a complete lack of attention to cleanliness and detail (see attached photo).
The laundry service was another terrible experience. When we collected our clothes, the receptionist tried to charge us more than the prices clearly listed, claiming that a long-sleeved shirt should be billed as a suit jacket. After we challenged him, he reluctantly corrected the price but then rudely told us not to use the hotel’s laundry service again. I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment from hotel staff.
Breakfast was equally disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, and unbelievably, no coffee was served—only tea and water. For a hotel of this standard, this is far below expectations.
The attitude of most of the staff was consistently rude and unwelcoming. The only exception was the housekeeping team, who were polite and pleasant throughout our stay. It was also frustrating to see hotel staff sitting comfortably in the lobby while guests were left standing because there were no available seats.
This hotel could be a very good place to stay, but the behavior and attitude of its staff are actively damaging its reputation. Poor customer service, misleading information, lack of cleanliness, and an unwillingness to resolve even simple issues made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in both management and staff training.

The staff speak English well and they were very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this hotel for every budy.
