A dream among the caves.

We stayed at Sota Cappadocia for 4 nights and we were two families with 5 kids in total. We arrived on the recommendation of a friend and I must admit that the reality exceeded expectations: the property is wonderful, both the rooms and the common areas, which have been renovated with respect for the original structure, but with great attention to detail and guest comfort. Here time seems suspended and Nil and her staff are unbeatable, ready to advise and support the guest in anything. Nil educated us on the history of Cappadocia, on the most interesting places to visit based on the time we had available, on the best restaurants and, something not to be missed, she organized the hot air balloon excursion for us, the most incredible experience to have at least once in a lifetime.
Nil and her staff put their heart, passion, and love into it and made our stay wonderful!
We hope to return soon!

A superb place

4 very pleasant days in this very beautiful place. Beautiful and large cave room with every comfort. A fantastic breakfast with very good suggestions that changed every day. Quiet location overlooking the city. Warm welcome. Very successful decoration as well as the restoration of the premises. Finally, Nil is a unique person who will take care of you as if you were close friends. Very good recommendations for restaurants, visits, …
I can only encourage you to come to this hotel. Thank you Nil and the whole team.

Just what we wanted.

On arrival at Kayseri airport we were met by Huseyin and transported to Sota, where were warmly greeted by the owner Nil. Our room - The Suite, was exactly what we were hoping it would be - a traditional cave room. Nil gave us a guided tour, and all the rooms we saw looked lovely. The breakfast was outstanding, a wide selection of traditional Turkish food, backed up by breads, cereals, and fresh cakes. Also freshly cooked Omelettes are also on offer.
You are looked after at breakfast time by two lovely ladies Gül and Hibe. In the evenings Yunus is there throughout for anything you might need, such as a nightcap!
Nil guided us throughout our stay, she is extremely knowledgeable, and provided daily routes to explore the region properly. Again we used Huseyin, through Nil, for our daily trips. What a lovely helpful man. Finally we were not disappointed with the restaurants suggested by Nil.

Stay with the hotel amenities and the warmth of your home!

One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed! Everything is clean and the breakfast is delicious. Fresh omelettes, variety of salty sweets, everything handmade, still homemade melassa! The view from the veranda where we spend our breakfast is wonderful....On sunny days we enjoy our coffee under the sun, stirring the whole village!
The most important advantage of the hotel, however, is its people! All polite and hospitable, Yunus is always there for whatever you need! Nil, the owner, tells you which attraction you want to see, has suggestions for food and wonderful walks and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable!
The village has wonderful architecture, is lively, but not too tourist, for me an ideal choice for Capadokias. I wish we could come back sometime!

Magical and unforgettable experience

This accommodation is absolutely exceptional! I highly recommend it!
The place is really magical, of very high quality, and the hosts are very attentive, very professional, really very friendly and provide recommendations for visits and exceptional tourist walks.
We recommend 100%, you simply can not be disappointed but only to angels!!
