A lovely family time.
This is my 4th time in this hotel, we love it every time. Away from the busy streets but not a long walk. Staff are so friendly and the rooms are perfect for the price. We can’t wait to come back in 2026. ❤️

Big Disappointment
My experience staying at this hotel was a complete disappointment that didn’t match the reputation Dedeman had for years...
I specially requested rooms with full sea views during Reservation and paid for them. Conversations stop on WhatsApp. But the room we received was just a small 1% blue line of sea views. This is both misleading and disrespectful to the guest.
We had another bigger shock when we walked into the room. The Clozet lid was broken and I listed this with a video. It’s unacceptable to ignore such a basic issue of hygiene and maintenance. And the shower space was very narrow, so my wife hit her back when she took a shower. Things that hang on the walls hurt people.
Room cleanliness and quality of maintenance is extremely poor. The dust, stains, and untouched furniture shaded Grandpa’s name.
Their other services are well below expectation:
The music played in the club section is entirely Arabic, and the hotel’s concept doesn’t match the international holiday destination of Kusadasi.
It''s situated quite away from the center, but there''s no quality service to compensate for this inconvenience.
In addition to the careless and cold attitudes of the staff, we felt like a burden, not a guest during our stay.
When it comes to the dedeman brand, the quality, confidence, and comfort that came to mind over the years have completely disappeared. We’re faced with a business that only tries to attract customers with a location or brand name, but doesn’t even meet the most basic guest satisfaction standards.
After this experience, my confidence in Dedeman was completely destroyed. I do not recommend Dedeman at Kuşadası nor any Dedeman hotels run by these standards. Management needs to make urgent serious improvements in maintenance, service, staff training and honest marketing. Otherwise, the name of this hotel will remain only disappointing and regretful.

I've never had such a bad experience.
There is a night pub located on the top floor of the hotel. The music volume was so loud that it travelled through the entire building, from the top floor down to the lobby.
I expected the music to finish around midnight. However, it continued past 1:00am, 2:00am, and even 2:30am. At that point, it felt as if I was being forced to join the party inside my own hotel room.
I contacted the hotel at 2:30am to complain. I was told the hotel would ask the pub to lower the volume, but also informed that the event would continue overnight until 5:00am.
I explained that this is a hotel, and guests reasonably expect a quiet and comfortable environment to sleep at night. The response I received was that the pub has a license and is legally allowed to operate at this volume. What the ?
It appears the hotel prioritises the pub’s business over guest comfort.
If you want to sleep inside a night club, you can choose this hotel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL
This hotel needs work
Our room was a good size but the toilet seat was too small and didn’t fit / the tiling was badly finished and the shower hardly put out any water and when it did the water was cold
DO NOT USE THE POOL BAR AS WE WERE CHARGED 2300 Turkish lira ( about £42 ) FOR ONE GIN AND TONIC AND ONE WHITE RUM AND COKE - WHEN I. COMPLAINED TO THE HOTEL THEY SAID IT WAS A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND NOTHING THEY CAN DO !!!

Recently, I had the great privilege of staying in a very “innovative” hotel (Rest&More by Dedeman Kuşadası Marina - Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International). They have introduced so many new ideas to the hotel business that perhaps other hotels will one day follow these “innovations”:
1. Personal belongings policy. The hotel takes no responsibility for items left in your room. If something disappears during cleaning, that’s your problem. The suggested alternatives:
o Take all your belongings (clothes, shoes, toothbrush, razor, etc.) with you on excursions or to the beach.
o Or, make a full inventory of your items, invite the hotel manager (whose name is Can), have him stamp the list, and then, after cleaning, invite him again to confirm nothing is missing. Otherwise, the hotel bears no responsibility. (We lost several expensive items during cleaning — but the hotel simply did not care.)
2. Complimentary nightlife. Guests enjoy free, loud music on the rooftop until 3:00 a.m. every night — whether or not they planned to sleep. A clever way to keep guests physically active, since rest is impossible.
3. Creative plumbing. Toilets come equipped with cheap plastic valves that require daily repair, offering guests the chance to exercise their creativity and problem-solving skills.
4. Alternative communication. Instead of talking only to humans, guests are invited to enjoy the company of cockroaches living in their rooms.
And these are only some of the “innovations” — all free of charge, of course!
