Gentle staff and clean hotel. Close to center also. A good choice in Kemer.

Only booked into hotel because original booked hotel was closed upon arrival so had to check-in to somewhere quick. Upon check-in staff were friendly enough, however, property in poor condition, no cover on the fuse box in the room so exposed wires directly outside the bathroom, staff stayed up shouting until early hours of the morning most days, telephone in reception extremely loud, rarely answered quickly and this could be heard throughout the entire ground and first floor, again this happened into the early hours. On more than one occasion went back to hotel to be asked "you stay, you want check-in", this was being asked a week after we had already arrived. The pool was empty upon arrival and did not get filled and operational until a week after we arrived, the pool bar was never opened, did not even have drinks on display, was just a wooden hut. The meals shown in the photos were not actually available, the hotel does not do catering of any sort, so you cannot enjoy any food at the hotel. The rooms do not come with a fridge, kettle, any sort of amenities like this.

Great.

I really liked this hotel. We were there for 10 days. I didn't even want to change the hotel. The location is very good. The rooms are nice with balconies. The furniture is good. The staff is excellent, sympathetic, the guy in the reception is very cultured, always helping when needed and his assistant is lovely people. You can count on them. We're suddenly in trouble. They've all been very helpful.

Great value and a great location central to the heart of Kemer. Staff were kind and helpful.

The worst hotel I've ever had.

Booked a hotel for one night. In January. I just needed it to sleep over. But even that we couldn't do. There was no light at the hotel when they arrived. Then after a while, the light came on and we were given a number. It was a nightmare. The mud, the doors don't close, the cold is terrible, right next to the reception. Ground zero. Count on the ground. They asked me to give it a floor higher, they refused to let the whole hotel be filled. Of course, there's a line in this dump in January. Agoda didn't answer in the evening, decided that sleeping in these conditions was impossible, the employee said he would mark in the system for a refund, naturally no one returned the money. Agoda paid out some ridiculous amount, like a bonus for suffering.
I'm an adult, I've travelled half the world. Bad hotels are hard to surprise me with. And that was the first time in my life I refused to check in.
Never, ever. I don't advise anyone. A murdered, filthy hotel with frozen staff.
