Very warm welcome, excellent stay, great breakfast,top floor city view. Good size room. Would happily stay again

Everything was as I had expected. Very friendly. Good firm mattress.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing: not very fresh

The services were absolutely fine. My train was a bit late and I ended up doing the check in after midnight, but they were super kind and helpful.
The office desk is open H24, I believe.
My bedroom was a little tiny but cozy, but it was only me so it was perfect.
The only thing that bothered me were the towels because they smelled a bit like cigarettes, even though they were clean.
The self service breakfast was also fine.
Overall it was very good.

KINDNESS, EFFECTIVENESS AND GREAT ATTENTION. ENOUGH FOR AN EXCELLENT STAY

To start the attention of the people who are at the reception is decisive, since the distance of the language is exceeded by the kindness, gentleness and concern for the client to feel at home. As a personal experience they accompanied me to the bus stop to the Ruins of Ani, they indicated where the exit of the dolmus was and everything necessary for the stay of two days. Otherwise enough room. Clean, tidy, comfortable, hot water, and excellent location. The only fault is mine for not remembering their names, but they know to whom these lines are dedicated. Fully recommended

Nice staff in a nice location

Had a nice time there. The staff were lovely, very helpful. Location is very good too. Would stay again. Room was a good size & bathroom was nice too.
