5+5 star hotel comfort in Kalkan

Payava Hotel True Blue, which we chose for our holiday in Kalkan, offered an experience far exceeding our expectations. From the moment we checked into the hotel, the friendly and professional staff made us feel right at home.
The rooms were extremely spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The attention to cleanliness is truly commendable. Breakfast was excellent in terms of both variety and taste. We had a quality and enjoyable start to each day.
The staff's focus on guest satisfaction, their friendly approach, and their willingness to help in every way made this hotel even more special for us. The agreements and discount options they have with beach clubs, especially in Kalkan, make the hotel stand out.
This hotel is one we would choose again without hesitation when we return to Kalkan, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone around us. It has now become one of our indispensable destinations in Kalkan.
Thank you to the entire team for their efforts!

Fantastic hotel and very competitive price!

Really friendly small boutique hotel.
Rooms spacious and unique with balconies and spotless! Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very quiet with a lovely pool and pool towels provided.
Hotel has partnered with a number of beach clubs so discounts for some are available when booked through hotel eg free beds or % discount.
Breakfast is good quality.
On the Kalamar Road and around 15 mins walk into Kalkan but taxis very cheap and readily available, so saves the walk in the heat.
Thoroughly recommend this hotel. I’m on my 3rd visit!
Kalkan itself is a lovely place with great restaurants. Thoroughly recommend Aqua Bistro opposite the hotel or Baharat, Luna, Kalamaki and Seaport (harbour) in the town!

Bad

We stayed at this hotel from July 31 to August 6. We chose this hotel because of the good reviews on the internet, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment.
The hotel is not nearly as good as it looks in the pictures and on the internet. Breakfast was included in our booking, but we were not able to have breakfast there any morning. The products were not fresh, everything was crammed on a small table and there was hardly any choice. When I tried to have salad, there was a hair in it. Therefore, we were forced to have breakfast every morning in the restaurant opposite the hotel. So we paid for nothing for breakfast at the hotel.
Also the pool was very dirty. We have not been able to use the pool once during our entire stay, because it looked unhygienic. The staff seemed to be completely unconcerned with the cleaning or maintenance of the hotel. The common areas were also dirty.
We are very sorry that we chose this hotel and absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone.

Hospitality is a priority.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team, especially Ms. Gizem. You can feel the hospitality and friendliness from the moment you enter. The rooms are wonderfully designed. Having a partner beach at the hotel is a big advantage. Payava Hotel will definitely be our next stay.

Payava difference

Everything was truly perfect during our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant, and the staff's attentiveness and friendliness were wonderful. I would especially like to thank the manager, Ms. Gizem. Thanks to his focus on guest satisfaction, professionalism, and friendly approach, we felt right at home. By paying close attention to even the smallest details, he made our holiday much more special. Managers who genuinely enjoy their work are a great asset to a hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and we plan to come back again at the first opportunity. Thank you so much for everything.
