A great stay in a good location in downtown Izimr, with welcoming staff

This is a very comfortable hotel in walking distance to the downtown area and the large park is right around the corner. The cleaning lady, Ayse is very efficient and thorough. The hotel reception staff are very nice, particularly Merve. She is very good with written directions, performing research for guests who wish to visit particular things or shop for certain items, and she is exceptional at multitasking. The breakfast is filling and fresh. The owner is often at the hotel to personal ensure there are no problems. The hotel is a very short walk from the Basmame Train Station. There are several restaurants in walking distance and a few shops nearby as well.

The highlight of the hotel was the receptionist Meava (apologies if I have spelt your name wrong)
Extremely helpful, the hotel is very fortunate to have her.

Everything is great

Great hotel, great area and they are really polite, defenitely worth going there, they treat you really good, they even gave us free coffee twice
A good experience, prices are cheap and affordable.
The guy at reception is a really nice guy, even though i didnt catch his name.
