See different cultures

Everything is spectacular, the location is just minutes away from everything to see, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff is pleasant and speaks Spanish. English

Lovely hotel

Hotel located in old Istanbul within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Hotel is quiet and clean, staff friendly and helpful with booking attractions/ activities for us. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, the food delicious. Our room was small but cozy and clean, we were very happy with our stay.

Rooms are small. Be aware that you are in the center city and will hear the call to prayer at 4am. Breakfast is traditional. Happy hour tea is cookies.

Great location and breakfast!

The location is the best assets of this boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and quite wide variety of choices. Me and my mom really enjoyed the view from the breakfast terrace which overlooks the mosque.

I was the victim of fraud by the hotel and its intermediaries in the booking

Be very careful when making an online reservation directly with this hotel, as there is an intermediary that cancels reservations without notice and without refunding the money. This company is called REHLAT. I have no idea if this hotel is involved or not, because when I arrived at the hotel, they announced the cancellation and I had to pay again. The complaints I've made directly with REHLAT haven't been successful.
Please be very careful when booking the line directly with this hotel, as there is an intermediary who cancels reservations without notice and without refund. I have no idea if this hotel is colluded or not, because it happened to me that when I arrived at the hotel I was announced of the cancellation and had to repay. The claims I have been making directly with REHLAT were unsuccessful.

We are realy so sorry that this unfortunate stuation happend to you but we have no any relationship or agreement with Rehalt company.
I have informed hotelbeds company about your problem but they even said guest need to solve the problem with Rehalt company.
I believe Rehalt is a fraudulent company on social media so that you need to inform to the poliçe or somewhere else.
We are realy sorry for that but nothing to do from our side.
( I know you are angry but you have no problem with us as you have had a good stay with us for the mentioned period paid by your own and left with good feeling from our hotel but you had a problem with a fraudulent company .
