Lucky to stay here!

We had really great stay here! The reception team is very very nice, we appreciated the attention, good advice. The lobby is nice, good elevator, the hotel is clean and welcoming. We loved our room: a lot of space, street view, beautiful bathroom, water pressure is perfect, cold and hot, the room was very warm and it is important because March in Istanbul is cold. So we felt good every time we came back to our room, took hot shower and slept in our comfortable fresh and clean bed. A delight in details for real.
We had a minibar fridge, a microwave, a kettle and utensil. Very useful.
And all of it for a very affordable price! I enjoyed every moment here, thanks a lot to Elis!

Clean rooms with friendly staff

We stayed for three nights at the T-Square Residence, booking two rooms for 4 people. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything looks modern and fresh. Its location is excellent, just a few steps away from Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, housekeeping was done daily upon request. The room rates were reasonable, though breakfast was not included. They also arranged a private airport transfer for us for 55 euros, which arrived right on time and made our departure stress-free.

Stay far away from this so-called hotel!

After many years of traveling, something absurd happened to me. I booked this property, they took the money, and when I asked for assistance regarding check-in times and the shuttle service, they never replied. I showed up at the hotel, but there was no one there. All of this happened while I was on the street with a 1-year-old child and no accommodation. They took the money and refused to give it back. Even though I proved I was at the hotel on the day and time of the confirmed check-in, they never responded. It’s absolutely shameful! Stay far away from this so-called hotel!

Disappointing

We were quite disappointed with our stay in one of the "Junior Loft Rooms" at this hotel for a week. While the hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Taksim Square and situated in a quiet alley without a slope, we found the furniture and items inside the room to be outdated and occasionally damaged. However, the most disappointing aspect of the room was the size of the bed (160 cm) and the subpar quality of the mattress and blankets, which resulted in a restless sleep experience for us.

Far below expectaions

Far below expectaions. Room size, facilities, house keeping, view and surrounding location were really poor.
Elevator was really offending. WIFI signal was poor inside the room. Lobby does not have seating arrangement to accommodate a family waiting for Taxi. We had stand-up for hour without being offered a chair. Meanwhile, some photos shown here are not realistic.
Honestly, this was one of the worest accommodations I have ever experienced.
