Good hotel with friendly staff

I had a very nice stay at the Mandala Karaköy Hotel. The location is very good and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
I would especially like to thank the team at the reception. Büşra, Erkan, and all the other staff members were always very friendly, helpful, and professional. They took time for every question and ensured that I felt welcome during my stay.
I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience and will gladly return on my next visit to Istanbul.

A new and very comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The only downside is that the hotel does not have its own parking area, so if you have a car, you will need to use the valet service or park at the Karaköy Galataport parking garage nearby.

If you don't want any sleep, this is the place for you.

Staff were friendly and the location was good. However, it was like being in the middle of a disco/nightclub everynight. No sound proofing at all making it impossible to sleep. My room also didn't have a TV, another guest complained months ago about lack of TV. The brackets are on the wall but months on, still no TV?

New hotel, but still under construction. No TV in room, window could not be locked. My room was really small.

Great location, Compact rooms.

Mandala Karaköy Hotel has an outstanding location in the heart of vibrant Karaköy. You’re surrounded by countless shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars just steps away. The iconic Galata Tower is a quick 10-15 minute walk, Galataport (with its modern shopping mall and waterfront) is even closer at 5-10 minutes, making sightseeing, shopping, and Bosphorus views incredibly convenient without needing transport.
The rooms, however, are very small—typical for central Istanbul but noticeably cramped, especially with luggage. They’re modern, clean, and comfortable with good amenities (AC, WiFi, comfy beds), but best suited for solo travelers or short stays.
The hotel does not include breakfast, which keeps rates lower. No issue though—tons of excellent cafes and bakeries are right outside.
My room did not have a TV.
The hotel perfect for location-focused travelers who don’t mind compact rooms and arranging their own breakfast. Great value for being in the action.
