Avoid. Dirty and rundown. Staff don’t care

Avoid at all costs. Old, run down, not clean and pathetic breakfast. We stayed in room 311 but the others in our party had equally terrible rooms.
Strange guy at front door of hotel asking every person passing in the street to go up rooftop. Guests staying at hotel couldn’t even use elevator because of this (only 2 people in elevator at a time).
Oh- I forgot to mention no wifi in the rooms.

Exceptional service and kindness

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Our stay was truly outstanding, and what set this establishment apart was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately, my daughter fell sick during our visit, and the hotel management and team were exceptionally kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing us to stay for several extra hours after the scheduled checkout time so we could manage her sickness comfortably.
The staff's compassion and professionalism were deeply appreciated and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. They are truly one of the best hotel teams we have ever encountered. If you value genuine kindness and exceptional service, this is the place to stay.
