Nice hotel.

The clean room is just a little small. The reception runs two hotels so you have to go to the next hotel to check in. I and a friend of mine have been preparing myself to feel disappointed because of a lot of bad comments about this hotel. But this hotel is very good at a very cheap price. But at night the water in the closet doesn't stop coming out and is very noisy, hopefully it can be fixed quickly. So far a pleasant experience staying here

That sucks!!!

Make yourself comfortable and read carefully so as to avoid this "hotel".
Upon arrival, very tired, at about 22:30, was checked in by a person in charge and we were allocated a room. Actually, the door that gave access to the facility was closed and, only thanks to the staff of a nearby restaurant, someone came. Once in the room, very tired from the journey (it must have been 11:30 pm in the evening), without taking care of too many details, my wife and I got into bed, but not before urging the person on duty of the hotel to get silence from the occupant of the room at the side of ours who was calling on speakerphone in the middle of the night shouting as if it were day.
The next morning we noticed that drops of water were falling (it was raining) from the ceiling onto the right mattress at the height of my feet. We realized that the television did not work, the minibar did not work, in the bathroom we realized that one of the doors of the shower box was missing with the result of having water on the floor making it dangerously slippery, there was no kettle, missing the hairdryer and courtesy slippers as indicated in the room description. But the most serious thing was that, when I turned around in my sleep during the night, I came into contact with the skin of my back and belly with the mattress with the result of finding myself full of itchy pustules and dots. Immediately going to the pharmacy I had to buy an ointment. We therefore booked elsewhere. On the way out, we insisted on paying 40 euros in cash to the hotel staff for the night spent (we just wanted to leave) and as a response we were guaranteed to have cancelled the reservation (FALSE). In fact the structure had paid all the money a few days before our arrival. We had chosen to pay at check-out. And to say that other reviews alerted us...

Do not stay here book other places the rating do not reflect the true value of the property

there was no water in the hotel at all and we checked in but the hotel told booking.com we didn't turn up. was charged no show fee. this hotel should not even be 3 stars. we arrived and there was no water at all.was not able to get a refund and the next day the property told booking.con that we did not show up

Don't go.

Hotel well located but with poor facilities. We were also scammed with transportation back to the airport. On the day of check in we paid for transportation back to the airport but that day the taxi driver told us that he had not received any money and if we did not pay him he would not take us to the airport. Due to the morning hours they were and not having much time we had to repay the taxi driver. Both the taxi driver and we were trying to contact the hotel to arrange everything and gave no sign. When I got to talk to him he told us it was a lie and I never heard from him again. Unfortunate.

Warm, Comfortable, and Great Value – Highly Recommended!

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Istanbul and was very happy with everything. The room was simple but very comfortable, and we had fresh towels every day, which was a nice touch.
What really made the experience special was the hospitality and kindness of the owner. He was always there to help us with anything we needed – and even small personal requests. You can tell he really cares about his guests.
The location was convenient, the price was very affordable, and overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I felt welcome and safe at all times.
If you are looking for a budget-friendly place in Istanbul with genuine warmth and helpful service, this is a great choice. Thank you again for your hospitality!
