Fresh food they prepare box of breakfast to go because I left at night very helpful I always come to feronya this is my hotel in Istanbul

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was not working for two days, even though I complained several times. I did not receive proper help or a response.
On the first day, the door lock also stopped working properly. Suddenly, the door became locked, and my children became frightened and started screaming. It was a very stressful and scary situation for us. Unfortunately, I also felt that the staff did not believe me when I explained what had happened.
On the third day, I complained to the manager, and we were finally given another room. After that, things worked better, but the problem should have been solved much earlier.
The staff were also not very welcoming or friendly. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the way my complaints were handled. I would not recommend this hotel.

Feronya hotel 2 stars

The hotel's services are comparable to those of a two-star hotel. In a four-star hotel, complimentary bottled water should be replenished daily, but here guests are charged for water every day. The breakfast is very poor.
The front desk kept us waiting for three hours before giving us our room. The hotel's facilities and furnishings are worn out, and the tissues provided in the room were extremely thin. All of these issues show a lack of respect for guests. There are much better hotels available in this area.

Most recommended hotel

First of all I thank Mr hikmet( Reception) for his effort ,he is very kind and the other staff.the hotel is clean and the servant cleaned the room everyday; the hotel located near Taksim square.everything was great

Hotel for those who are easily satisfied

Hotel to be evaluated positively only for the staff and the central area, we had booked days before, as soon as we arrived they made an excuse and told us that they had problems with the rooms because of the toilet flushes for one night and therefore they told us either like this or you leave, anyway they sent us to another terrible hotel nearby that was very dirty and an environment that was not recommended and they guaranteed us that to apologize they would give us a suite, (which then did not happen) meager breakfast but the staff was very capable and kind Murat and Mohamed
