Misleading place

Degraded hotel, with everything the information says, but a sadness.
The terraces have nothing but garbage and broken things, the small is poverty, it is served in a dish with 5 olives 2 small slices of cheese, a boiled egg, 2 tomato rolls and 2 cucumbers, plus butter, honey, compote and Nutella.
The drinks are water, tea, milk and coffee and of course there is bread.
All in a depressing Mood.
If this hotel has 4 stars can only be from the sky, in the space itself there are 2 and...
We did not choose it, we were replaced beyond Hh down town, as I realized due to lack of space, very strange, but Turkish and English do not match.
We were clearly placed in a lower-class space.
The only positive point is the location.
Not confirm but photos.

For unassuming guests who care more about location than some other issues.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean linen.
Cons. The room is tiny, the aisles on both sides of the bed are very narrow, it's inconvenient. Shower's tight, smells damp. The staff does not speak Russian, so anyone without English, will have to go through an interpreter's car or on their fingers)

ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID!

I stayed at this hotel from 3 to 8 June 2025. I chose it because it was reported as a 4 star hotel and in a central location, near the tram stop and close to most attractions. Well, I don't know how it got the 4 stars; Reception consisting of a desk placed in a basement, maintenance to the non-existent infrastructure, tiny double bedroom, no more than 9 square meters bathroom included, in the window there was no shutter but only a curtain, so at 5 am there was light, there was no space for a chair clothes had to be left on the ground or put them a mini closet, peeling furniture, the film of the bathroom door detached, mold behind the sink tap, the mini bar during the day was turned off, there was no telephone to communicate with the reception. They advertise breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea, but in reality it is done in the basement. "Dulcis in fundo", on the evening of June 7 (last night of stay) we return to the hotel and find the room undone, bed not made, cleaning not done, linen not changed. He protests at reception and the boy candidly tells me that from that day the manager had decided that cleaning would be done every 2 days and, goodness them if he needed anything I could ask him. At 4 am I go to the bathroom and the toilet paper was up and there was no spare roll, Luckily in my backpack there is always a roll! I hope that the competent authorities that issue the category certificate will withdraw his 4 stars and downgrade him to...
P.S. we should learn to read customer reviews more and better.

an absolute DISASTER

we are missing the words ... the whole hotel is a single disaster! Finger weg! The images have absolutely nothing to do with reality. It's bold that this hotel is run as a 4-star, I wouldn't even give it a 1-star.

Although the hotel is basic. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Good location. Near grand bazaar and walking distance to Blue Mosque .
