⚠️ Suspicion of overbooking
Unfortunately, we must strongly advise against booking this accommodation, especially for families.
We had reserved a room for 4 people and confirmed by phone one day before arrival that the booking was in place as planned. Upon our arrival at 10:00 PM, however, the receptionist informed us that the room was not available due to damage. An inspection of the room was refused to us despite multiple requests, which suggests the suspicion of an overbooking.
After a two-hour discussion until midnight – while our children were already sleeping exhausted in the car – we were offered a replacement room. However, this was only designed for 2 people and therefore unsuitable and unreasonable for us as a family of 4. Since no adequate solution was found on-site, we were forced to find new accommodation ourselves in the neighboring hotel in the middle of the night.
This incident caused us significant inconvenience as well as additional extra costs for the last-minute self-booking. Although the hotel has since canceled the original booking, the final confirmation and processing through Booking.com customer service are still pending. Such conduct and the lack of an adequate replacement are absolutely unprofessional.

Can't sleep!
Ventilation grid that kept slamming all night → impossible to sleep. I contacted the hotel overnight, no intervention.
No blackout curtains when I had been confirmed before my arrival. The staff tried to make a makeshift curtain, without success.
No functional heating: no remote control for reversible air conditioning and unusable radiators.
Insect in bed at bedtime; he jumped when we tried to capture him.
Itching and pimples appeared on several parts of the body when waking up.
Unsecured patio door: no key and broken lock, therefore accessible from the outside.
Under beds: extreme dirt (waste, dust, food scraps).
Holes in the walls, stained sink, broken bathtub jets.
For accommodation at this price, it is unacceptable.
