Luxurious!
This is a 10-star hotel near the heart of the city. It’s luxurious. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was the best one I’ve had in all of Türkiye. The breakfast is very good, and they will prepare your eggs special if you want. They have valet parking. The hotel is near several coffee shops and restaurants. It’s a short walk to the mall, and a 30 minute walk to the castle. I highly recommend it.

You can taste everything completely.
My experience started with Mr. Ömer at the entrance, and continued with Mr. Berat at the reception, the waiters Mr. Erol, Mr. Hakan, Ms. Fatma, the chef Ms. Salihaha, and Ms. Esen from the catering company. I would like to thank them all very much for helping me have a very good experience. Food and cleanliness are the most important qualities in a place, and they received full marks.

Avoid!
I stayed at this hotel during a conference in July 2026, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
Despite the indoor temperature being close to 30°C, the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioning, which was controlled centrally. After travelling for almost 20 hours, I called reception five times and went downstairs several times to ask them to resolve the issue. Each time, I was told they were looking into it or sending a technician, but no technician ever came. I also spoke to the manager, who was unwilling to resolve the problem.
After speaking with other colleagues staying at the hotel, it became clear that many of the rooms were uncomfortably hot. Meanwhile, the hotel lobby, where most of the staff were located, was air-conditioned, which made it seem as though there was little urgency to address the issue.
The reception staff also did not speak English well, and we noticed them speaking about us in Turkish whenever we entered the hotel, which made us feel uncomfortable.
The only positive aspect of this hotel was the breakfast.
I would not recommend staying here. Instead of enjoying your stay, you will likely spend your time trying to get the hotel to resolve problems that should never have occurred in the first place.

Regarding the air conditioning issue you mentioned, a temporary problem occurred with the system during your stay. The necessary technical intervention was carried out, and the issue was resolved shortly afterwards. Therefore, we would like to clarify that the matter was not left unresolved for an extended period of time.
In order to assist you and ensure your comfort, we offered you a Deluxe room change, but this offer was not accepted. You also requested to move to the suite room you had seen across the corridor without paying any additional fee. However, the mentioned suite was already reserved for another guest on those dates, and therefore it was not available for relocation.
We would also like to point out that we received positive feedback and thanks from your colleagues and other guests who were staying at our hotel during the same period.
Regarding your comments about our staff, we would like to emphasize that we always strive to treat every guest equally and provide respectful and professional service. Speaking negatively or disrespectfully about any guest is absolutely not in line with our service standards and would never be acceptable.
We also feel that some aspects of the situation may have been taken personally and reflected in your review accordingly. Nevertheless, we value your feedback and will continue to take it into consideration in order to improve our service quality.
Every guest is valuable to us, and we are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
