Simple but well located

A good place to stay in Göreme. Well in the city center and close to everything. The hotel services are offered virtually as self-service, but it is good. Simple rooms, like the entire accommodation environment, but well cleaned and sanitized. Staff very friendly and attentive. I'd be there again!

Horribly dirty and smelly room.
Whole room was just a filth.
Dust rises when toutch the chair.
The front desk is 24hrs empty, nobody there. No help or assistance can be expected.
Advertised laundry facilities but a lie.
The breakfast was equvalent to that of a refugee camp. Sausage, vegitable were stale.
You want to make your holidays into a nightmare, this place is the best.

Dirty Room, False Accusations, Severe Distress: My Terrifying Stay in Turkey

I recently booked a hotel in Turkey through Trip.com, under my name only. Upon arrival, I found the room completely dirty, the hairdryer broken, and the sheets extremely filthy—totally unacceptable for a proper stay.
Last night, I invited a friend for a short visit, about an hour, and the hotel owner immediately called the police without asking me first, even falsely accusing my friend of being a thief. The police arrived, and I was nearly taken to the station! I was completely innocent and bro

Great stay; very helpful owners!

As a first time visitor to Cappadocia, and an American who speaks no Turkish, I am thrilled with how helpful the staff/owners of this hotel have been. Besides providing us with comfortable rooms with good wifi, they speak excellent English and have helped us arrange private transportation to several sites and also the Kayseri airport. (They also run a travel agency next door.) Since breakfast isn't served until after we wish to go hiking, they even provided plates for breakfast tomorrow including fruit, yogurt, bread, vegetables, cheese and meat.

It was an amazing experience, the hotel was clean and the beds are so soft! The location is the best for walking around in the city it’s in the heart. And the rooftop is incredible with those magical views ♥️
