Unfortunately, the hotel is more neglected and less cared for than it was two years ago. We were satisfied with our previous stay, and I added that to my review then. This year, we stayed for one night each on the way there and back for the holiday, but the cleanliness was even worse. The shampoo and shower gel in the showers were broken and left in a corner of the bathroom on both occasions, and even on our return, there was shower gel but no shampoo. We booked three rooms on both the way there and back, and the situation was the same in all three. Also, the reception area was full of tiny flies, and the breakfast room was in the same place. The hotel is centrally located, not luxurious but adequate city hotel, but these shortcomings are not a luxury, they are simple requirements that should be met.

The breakfast selection felt like leftovers pulled out of the fridge every morning. Cling film isn't even fully taken off as though they are prepared to put dishes back into the fridge to pull out again the next morning. Bread was hard and dry. Hot food included fries and chicken nuggets. Was not a good representation of the breakfasts that Turkey is known for.

The Hotel was ok, I asked twice for batteries for the remote control, they were duds. I left the Hotel a Day early as a bus load of teenagers descended they were running around two levels slamming slamming slamming doors including banging on my door until 3 am. Nobody put a stop to this behaviour teachers or staff. So left disgusted. I would like to be reimbursed for two days. Total disregard for myself and other independent guests
