Amazing hotel!
The hotel was amazing, very good food, clean rooms, incredible beach, shootout to Water sports team, they were very nice and did great job too. We enjoyed every single minute in Selcukhan hotel

No more
I have been a regular customer at this hotel twice in the last few years and have had positive experiences so far. However, what happened at the reception this year is an absolute disgrace and beyond outrageous.
I properly booked a single room from Germany. Upon arrival, I was simply denied entry and the booked room at check-in – with the absurd justification that no solo male travelers are accepted. That is pure discrimination! Although my partner was also at the hotel (just arrived separately), the staff at the reception was completely arrogant, stubborn, and absolutely unfriendly to customers. There was no trace of solution-oriented thinking or respect towards a repeat regular customer.
They simply leave paying guests, who have a long journey behind them, out in the rain. This is not how you treat people, especially not regular guests. The management and the reception team completely failed this year.
Conclusion: Never again Selçukhan! Absolutely not recommended for travelers from Europe who expect reliable service. Stay away!

Sie haben in der Saison 2025 zweimal als einziger männlicher Gast in unserem Hotel übernachtet. Aufgrund Ihres störenden und unangemessenen Verhaltens bei Ihrem zweiten Besuch wurden Sie im September 2025 auf die schwarze Liste gesetzt. Obwohl Sie für 2026 keine Reservierung in unserem Hotel hatten, buchten Sie ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel und betraten unser Hotel mit Hilfe einer weiblichen Gästin, ohne um Erlaubnis zu fragen oder Hilfe zu erhalten. Sie wurden bewusstlos und betrunken in ihrem Zimmer aufgefunden! Es ist unmöglich, dass Sie nicht wussten, dass dies eine Straftat ist! Trotz alledem erlaubte Ihnen die Hotelleitung auf Bitte Ihrer weiblichen Gästin und aufgrund ihrer Unterschrift unter ein Dokument, in dem sie die volle Verantwortung übernahm, einen längeren Aufenthalt. Während dieser Zeit setzten Sie Ihr betrunkenes, ungebührliches und störendes Verhalten fort! Wir müssen Sie darauf hinweisen, dass Ihre Behauptungen, Sie hätten das Hotel nicht allein betreten dürfen, Sie hätten eine Reservierung gehabt und seien diskriminiert worden, völlig falsch sind und rechtliche Konsequenzen für Sie haben können! Das unbefugte Betreten eines Hotels ohne Reservierung und die Nutzung der Hoteleinrichtungen auf diese Weise ist eine Straftat! Dies ist respektlos gegenüber all unseren Gästen, die ihren Urlaub ungestört genießen möchten, und gegenüber unseren Mitarbeitern, die unermüdlich für den bestmöglichen Service arbeiten! Seien Sie versichert, dass wir gegebenenfalls unsere rechtlichen Schritte gegen diese Äußerung einleiten werden.

A wonderful 3 days
The staff were helpful and friendly. Yeliz and Emine, in particular, were very helpful to us. The facility was clean and the surroundings were well-maintained. Being by the sea was an advantage. The food could have been better and more varied. Also, there could have been more elevators. We, 25 children over the age of 60, had a very happy three days. Overall, we liked the facility. I recommend it. Thank you to all the employees.

45. Year's reunion with friends
Reuniting with my classmates from Erzurum Atatürk University after 45 years was wonderful. Both the positive energy of my friends and the smiling faces of the hotel staff (especially Yeliz and Emine) added to the festive atmosphere. With the hope of holding our next reunion in the same place as soon as possible; thank you friends, thank you Selçukhan Hotel.

We will come again
I was particularly impressed by the cheerful and friendly nature of Yeliz and Emine, as well as by the young woman making the omelet saying she saw a group of children over 60 years old.
