Bed bugs and dirty
After reading good reviews on some booking platforms I choose this place.
The house is old and this is totally fine until it's clean. But unfortunately it is not
Blanket with holes - ok, this can happen. Dirty sheets - not nice, but... And the 2nd night I found the BED BUGS and in the morning my back and arms were fully bitten! I left this place and moved to clean & central located hotel for the same price. My first bed bug experience
After leaving the review I just got the comment that I am not clean and probably brought them. Avoid this place, for the same money you can find something clean.

Some pluses, many minuses.
The owner was helpful during our stay – he arranged for an early breakfast when requested and helped me buy bus tickets out of Antalya, complete with private transfer.
However, it was difficult to communicate with him prior to our arrival as he rarely replied to e-mails; whenever he actually does, there’s no follow-through and whatever issue or query I brought up was never resolved.
The room I stayed in (Room 304) was actually built where the fire escape is – isn’t this mighty dangerous? Not only that, the balcony door cannot be shut (because it’s where the fire escape is) hence it got very cold in the evenings and I didn’t feel safe sleeping alone in the room. The room itself is quite shabby with dilapidated furnishings and the bedding is worn with hospital-style blankets. Also, the bathroom is extremely dingy. There was no hot water the last evening and morning of our stay (which was especially terrible because we just came back from swimming around the Mediterranean in autumn), but the owner did take quick measures to rectify this.
The front entrance is on an incline. Be careful around the portion with red tile floor because there’s a step that’s not clearly marked; I fell there and twisted my ankle.
The air-conditioning in the family room (I think Room 102) was not working but we didn’t get to change to another room. The TV worked during the first night of our stay but not the second. It was difficult to placate my autistic brother who finds these two facilities very important. As the hotel doesn’t have lifts, he couldn’t stay in either of the other two rooms I booked because they were both located on higher floors and he has weak legs pursuant to a stroke he suffered a few months ago.
The breakfast quality and quantity is not consistent; it was nice on Day 1 of our stay but much less so on our second day there.
The kitchen where you could get tea and water is rather dirty-looking and decrepit. The breakfast terrace has no lighting so it’s nigh impossible to hang-out there in the evenings. Also, the area is not walled so it does get super cold. Additionally, everything was all wet on the second morning of our stay because the owner was repairing the hot water system.
In short: first time; last time.
