Catastrophic hygiene, dishonest management, and questionable practices.

Hotel to be avoided at all costs. Confirmed presence of bed bugs in room 302 (medical diagnosis provided).
Beyond the unsanitary conditions, the experience with this establishment was deplorable: the refund for the night was conditioned by the hotel on the removal of my initial Google review. Once the review was deleted, they refused to cover the medical and pharmaceutical expenses incurred (€91), proving their total disregard for the health of their guests.
Their priority is not hygiene, but the censorship of negative reviews. Avoid this establishment: nonexistent hygiene, questionable business practices, and a total lack of health responsibility.

Shower Not Working

I stayed with my team. Even though we’re a group of 20 people, we say, “we’ll only sleep 4 hours from 4am to 8am in our room, make sure our showers are running.” “No problem, don’t worry,” we got it. Unfortunately we paid up to the hotel 2 days ago. We went one, of course the shower didn’t work, the room didn’t even have a table next to the bed, there wasn’t even room to move outside the bed. Strongly not Recommendation and will not stay again. They’ll do similar reviews with other staff members of my team so that those who cheat people and don’t do their job get a lesson.

Babil hotel anatalya it's wery disrespect and dirty hotel

Hi I have question if the property liying about what he have included in your booking what I sopost to do. Bicouse the Babil hotel its the worst-case hotel he dont say that he dont have elevator, he say he had privet Beach but you must pay270tlira, the rooms agree so dirty, he dont even clean for my 14 day stay,toilets are so small an pee,an the restoran for breakfast are fool of ants,whatever I asked I was screaming at me,I was scared to call you or du something there.If it's possible to have some refund Bicouse I pay for something that I don't become,and don't even change the sheats. The breakfast it's same every day if you wona cofe you need to pay.
