Dont go there
It got worse. In another room they offered, the bed hadn’t been made, there were signs of recently ordered takeaway food, and bottles of Schweppes and alcohol were left on the nightstands. They apologized, saying it hadn’t been cleaned, but it seemed likely someone had still been using the room—our key card didn’t even work at first.
Amid the chaos, we eventually moved into another room, only to realize later that it was far from clean. There was even a piece of chewing gum stuck next to the internal phone, clearly left by previous guests. The hot water ran brown like muddy water—we couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth. The rooms were freezing, and the air conditioners were poorly maintained, making loud noises that made it impossible to sleep.
Noise was another major issue. Even on the top floor, we encountered numerous inconsiderate guests in just one night. The staff left doors of vacant rooms open, and it seemed likely that random people coming from rooftop bars were entering to use the bathrooms. We even overheard strange conversations near our door, similar to what we recorded on video.
They claim to offer valet service, but they charge extra and still don’t have a proper parking lot. Instead, they park cars in unsafe spots along a crowded street wherever they can find space. Strangely, although none of our other cars have ever had issues, our car—which we had just serviced before driving from Eskişehir—was found with a large nail in the tire while parked right in front of the hotel. The tire had deflated to the point that the rim was nearly touching the ground.
We could barely endure even one day of our two-day stay. When we told them we would not stay the second night, they said they could not refund the unused night. Ironically, even the staff at reception admitted, “You’re right, this hotel is terrible—we’re sorry.”
If you experience similar issues, consider filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee or CİMER. Be aware of your rights and document everything—keep your receipts and invoices.

Sleeplessness torture
But I'm sorry I couldn't be confident this time...”
Just 1 night out.
To make it more affordable than an expensive hotel,
+ we decided on the location and beautiful neighborhood.
I would be more comfortable staying in a cheap B&B in the National or Exterior.
They gave a room on the 4th floor.
In fact, the room was not bad.
Bathroom and sheets and room looked clean.
The staff were kind.
From the outside, the hotel looked like a place to be decided.
“I had to spend a night without sleep that didn’t deserve a penny.”
When we first entered the room, we tried to fall asleep with a smell of sewage that fell from time to time when we didn’t notice.
How can a smell wrap the whole room while the door of the bathroom is closed and wake up until morning?!...
The smell left on my nose is still burning.
There’s no ventilation in the bathroom, and the first time we walked into the room we didn’t notice the smell because the room was open.
It started barking after closing the window.
We had no chance of switching to other hotel-filled rooms so I could sleep with sleeping pills, but it didn’t even help.
I’m trying to sleep there, as if they’d put me in the Red Square toilet.
We had to breathe through this nasty urine smell until morning.
Oh, my God, it was a nightmare!..
It's impossible that the hotel management didn't notice this issue, or I don't think people in this room had ever complained about it because it wasn't really smell-tolerant.
There was a girl group staying on the same floor I thought she was working at one of the Sightseeing Clubs:
Screaming never stopped until 12 p.m.
I caught him at the door of the elevator at 12 p.m.
I guessed their clothes and makeup went to work.
When I asked them to be quiet that I couldn’t sleep, they laughed with laughter, “We stayed on this floor a little hard to sleep.”
Luckily, we could get some sleep by 5 a.m.
Back at the hotel at 5 a.m., another party screaming, laughter, screaming, etc.
And it’s unclear why hotel management doesn’t intervene in this low-quality situation and why it doesn’t choose to protect the rights of other guests.
Not for sleeping and relaxing?!..
We left the hotel early in the morning, wasted by sleeplessness and escaped...!
Ez sentence;
That’s the definition of “I’m humiliated with my money!”!..
Worst night of my life!..
I can’t even pass through this hotel!...
