We recommend Sky Hill Hotel.

We stayed at Sky Hill Hotel Ankara with our guests for our wedding and were extremely satisfied with the service we received. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Melissa and Ms. Nilüfer in particular for their attention, friendliness, and support throughout the process. We would also like to thank the entire hotel staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and friendly approach. Both we and our guests felt very comfortable and valued. This is a hotel we can wholeheartedly recommend for your stay in Ankara.

A staff member named SELDA left us at the door!

My experience at this hotel was a complete disaster. I was in a meeting, so I couldn't answer the phone. Meanwhile, a staff member named SELDA called me five times in a row. They wrote that they would cancel my reservation if I didn't arrive by 6 PM, and they canceled my reservation without offering any solution. As a result, despite having a confirmed reservation, we were left stranded at the hotel entrance.
Customer satisfaction is not a concept. Instead of tolerating a few minutes' delay or offering an alternative, there's a staff member named SELDA who prefers to inconvenience the customer. Hotel management isn't about leaving people stranded; it's about finding solutions to problems.
Following the injustice we suffered, we received neither an apology nor the slightest effort to make amends. This is the first time I've encountered such a rigid, uncomprehending, and unhelpful approach. I would advise anyone considering making a reservation to take this risk into account. This is definitely a business I will never choose again.

NEGATIVE ACCOMMODATION

Unfortunately, I was not at all satisfied with my stay at your hotel. My room wasn't clean enough, there were some deficiencies, and this negatively affected my comfort. When I asked for help, I didn't receive the attention I expected from the staff.
I left the hotel, where I had come for a holiday or relaxation, feeling disappointed. I don't think I got my money's worth. I hope this complaint will be taken into consideration and that the necessary arrangements will be made so that guests do not experience the same problems in the future.

Two night stay in Ankara during winter

Very good hotel, with heated toilet floor, heated shower and toilet make our stay tolerable. Outside is snowing with 0 degree...

Very Noisy Hotel

It's really difficult to understand the high ratings this hotel has received. Sleeping was nearly impossible throughout the night due to the noise coming from the hallways and other rooms. Despite reporting the issue to reception multiple times, no action was taken.
The quality of service was extremely poor. Instead of being solution-oriented, the staff displayed an indifferent and uncaring attitude. It's quite clear that customer satisfaction is secondary. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to those looking for a peaceful stay for vacation or business travel. It was a complete disappointment for me. But it's an ideal place for those seeking noise.
