Simply recommended

If you are looking for a luxury hotel with marble everywhere, this might not be the place for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for impeccable bungalows, absolute peace and quiet, excellent value for money, and above all, exceptionally kind hospitality, then you have found it. Golf is an adorable person, attentive and always ready to help. Thanks to her, we discovered another side of Koh Samui. After four stays, we always return with the same pleasure, as if we were meeting up with friends.

The place is for very tiny people who don't want any space

Absolutely shocking mosquitoes. barking dog next door that dosent stop. sun hitting very small rooms at front. The stairs to roof top are a death trap. Family have there staff and friends talking super loud. Alot of traffic on the road noisy also large gym next door for what U pay there's way better around. Only cleaned every three days after spending the afternoon there 2 hours I left Jinna hotel in lamai great value. Good location great staff

THE PLACE TO BE!!!
Very well placed!
Not far from the beach, restaurants, massages , night market,... all on foot!!
The owners are adorable and available for ANY information and help to organize tours.
I will go back for the third time!!!
Bungalow very nice, absolutely nothing wrong!
Very clean, comfortable bedding, good wifi, that happiness!

Favourite stay in Thailand!

It has been our favourite stay in Thailand so far! Golf the owner is a lovely and hospitable lady who cannot do enough for you. We stayed over new year and she welcomed us into her home with a New Year’s Eve party with delicious food and drinks. We are so grateful for our time at Phannarai house! Location is great and easily accessible to Lamai. Would 100% recommend and would return! Thanks again Golf and family ❤️

Great value Great Location

You get what you pay for and if you are looking for a clean and tidy place to relax then this will suit you. It’s no five star resort but the place ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay with a great host. Beach is 300m and a top local restaurant only 30m. Highly recommended
