Lovely staff, bungalow for 5 with bathroom and hot water and air conditioning

Unacceptable

Stayed here last year and had a lovely stay no issues! But this time we were messaged on agoda the day before our arrival asking us to be there before 5pm which we were due to, we responded to all messages via agoda. As we arrived into koh samui today our boat was delayed we messaged the hotel to let them know. Then at 5pm they messaged to say our reservation was cancelled we rang the company the man/lady on the phone was very rude and hung up without any explanation! Then said we hadnt replied to any of the messages sent on agoda when we had replied to all of them! We arrived at the bungalows and went to reception to show this person we had replied to where they were very aggressive pushing the phone away then closed the window and locked it! From reading reviews this has happened alot in the last few days. Its unacceptable as now were stood on the street looking for somewhere to stay!

To flee!!

Outrageous! They cancelled the same day for no reason apparently my reservation, I found myself without accommodation at 10pm with all the hotels complete

Scam

To flee absolutely! Catastrophic experience: room infested with cockroaches, no air conditioning, a simple mattress placed on the floor, no hot water .. and above all, a scam of 500 baht for a towel! The host is dishonest and refused any discussion, even slamming the door in my face. An unhealthy place and a deplorable management. Don't make the same mistake, go your way!

Great place to eat

This place was great , we ate there several times, food was lovely, staff were amazing, very cheap also they have a lovely little gift shop, and you can stay in the little huts on the beach, several people ate there from our hotel , great for all people, right on the beach
