Unbelievable kindness

This is a review about the unbelievable kindness and compassion of the staff at this hotel. My son was travelling alone and stayed here. Unfortunately he had a bike accident. The staff contacted me to make sure I was aware, he broke his ankle so was completely stuck. They carried him to another down stairs room, providing food and water until my husband arrived from the UK. As worried parents they kept in touch with us and assured us he was being looked after. This was something we will be forever grateful. They kept room for my husband too. The hotel is wonderful. and the staff are outstanding. Highly recommend. You must book there! One day I’ll come and thank them myself. Sasha xx

Thank you so much for your beautiful and heartfelt review. Your kind words truly mean the world to all of us.
When your son had his accident, our only concern was making sure he was safe, comfortable, and not alone until his family could be with him. We can only imagine how difficult and worrying that situation must have been for you as parents, especially being so far away.
It was our pleasure to assist him by arranging a more suitable ground-floor room, making sure he had food and water, and staying in close contact with you until your husband arrived. We would have hoped that anyone in our position would do the same.
Thank you also for your kind comments about our team and for recommending our hotel. Reading that you would like to visit us one day to thank us in person is incredibly touching, but knowing that your son recovered safely is thanks enough for us.

Second time there and great spot again!!
Rooms are comfortable and it has a quiet out of the way vive. Ill go back!!vbagainagain

Beds were hard

absolutely perfect location for chiang mai - the loveliest guy ever who was super accommodating and even had breakfast with him in the cafe which was 10/10 will be staying again next time i’m in chiang mai
