Not bad but Can do better with not much!
In general I am satisfied with it and especially versus the neighboring hotels in the rates are superior (except the Buri next door clearly superior and almost the same price) and my comments are rather aimed at the management for useful and inexpensive improvements!
No clothes rack or even just a wire because the accommodations allow it widely.
No hot chocolate even in stick powder especially in the morning for children (not normal to be forced to buy it in the supermarket)
Beach unraked sand
No outdoor garbage cans it is valid for all Thailand it is mind-blowing)
We were three adults and I was charged an extra bed specifying that it would be a sofa but what a surprise once paid to realize that it is not even convertible and that the person will have to sleep in a sofa 60 cm wide for an abusive price especially as it is not an addition but in luxury accommodations the sofa is already in place in the living room kitchen so the name "extra bed" is false, it would be rather "extra-person" for billing!
Hotel at the end of a counter alley in the city center of chaweng with a building / reception aesthetically has been and outdated, we rather want to turn around which is a shame because the resort consisting of small bungalows or room is pleasant even if for the room part the opposite and criticizes above all that there is not even a veil to minimal but just semi-blackout curtains so you are in the dark because visual proximity is essential.
Moreover no access for PMRs ...numerous steps to access the two possible exits from the reception.
Reception personnel. Who asks you if you understand English and who charges you in 30 seconds breakfast times, Happy Hour, theme nights, will exet instead of just handing over a flyer! Catastrophic sound like almost all hotels when it would be enough to lay contour seals everywhere around windows and doors to plug the gaps and also prevent the bugs from entering. You get used to it but especially the hotel is in the air corridor of the airport so from 8am it takes off and lands and until 9pm just above your head...
Routine general maintenance to review: tile joint, crack, etc.,
Household bof: dust, hair, kitchen unit without dishes..what interest?, (interior of old and dirty furniture)
Flexible Shower head for person Max 1 .50 m . Besides in luxury accommodation there is a hidden outdoor shower yet very nice even if cold water.
Shower curtain stained and far too long that drags in the bottom of the bathtub and that may drop you
A consequent lack of electrical outlet
Few too few swimming pool deckchairs some of which are reserved for outside guests because charged (1000baths) while we are still hotel guests, (not seen the icy bath in photo on the site)
Breakfast too redundant and thank you to stop cooking eggs like in a french fries bath with 3 tons of oil
Excessive food and beverage prices versus neighbors... pity for their business and moreover you are charged VAT and service fees which adds to the bill (of course written in very small on the cards)
Staff should wear name badges so that they can thank some of their constant joy and professionalism versus others who should change their profession if they can no longer stand tourists
The plates with the room numbers peeled off
A second eccentric pool is a shame because very nice but very useful for the rooms around it.
A space under construction on the seafront so I don't know how to become one.

Nice but loud
So nice but loud. Nice rooms and good service and nice pool close to sea. Unfortunately, DJ during the day plays a lot of elevator music and a lot of type jazz-so loud so you can not listen to your own music in headphones

Good basic hotel at a great price, nice staff, cleaned everyday, breakfast is good.

The atmosphere is very nice
I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Everything was well taken care of, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Taking a break from work to clear my mind.
It's time to unwind with a short getaway with friends at As Resort. This place is perfect for those looking for a quiet, tranquil atmosphere with beautiful views that are pleasing to the eye wherever you look.
The highlight is the Sand Deck restaurant area, perfect for long, catching up with friends. The food is delicious, especially dinner enjoyed by the sea with a cool breeze and amazing atmosphere. If you want to relax and recharge with friends, I highly recommend this place.
