This place was perfect. The best part I loved about it was the Pool access in the hours that it was available to me the way they cleaned and made sure my room stay clean for being very helpful. It was great.

Scam. Don’t go here. It’s a 2 star not a 5 star.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Do not stay here! It’s a complete scam—a 2-star hotel falsely claiming to be a 5-star resort. It looks nothing like the pictures and is incredibly run-down. We have stayed at several 4- and 5-star hotels in Phuket, and this place falls drastically short of any acceptable standard. It feels like the property might have been great once, but has been completely neglected since.
The restaurant and breakfast area looked so unhygienic that we didn't even dare to eat there. Our room was dirty everywhere you looked, and even the bed covers appeared unclean. The whole place smelled like sewage, and they charged ridiculous hidden fees for basic things like an alarm clock or extra towels—things a real 5-star hotel would never charge for.
The resort was practically deserted with barely any staff in sight, which made the whole place feel eerie and uncomfortable. Even though we had already paid for the first night, we refused to sleep there due to the horrible conditions. We packed up and left for another hotel 30 minutes away that actually lives up to the standard it promises.
We did not take that many pictures. But the one that i have is a picture of the breakfast area. This speaks for itself.

The place had a weird smell . The beach area wasn’t clean . But that aside lovely place and lovely staff

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Great area to walk. If you don't want to use their laundry services you can walk around and find a laundry not far from the hotel. As well 711 store 8 minutes walk. Safe to walk.

The pictures on the site makes the property look way better than it does in person. I’m glad the manager issued a full refund.
