Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Arch Hotel Phuket
Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans l'hôtel Arch Phuket parfaitement situé loin de l'agitation de la ville principale de Phuket. À quelques km de la vieille ville de Phuket. La nourriture et les chambres sont parfaites et le personnel est merveilleux. J'aimerais revenir. Best était le parfait gestionnaire et nous a tenus avec tout. Je le recommande à tous nos abonnés sur les réseaux sociaux.

Pros: polite and friendly staff speaking English.
The interior is in Japanese style and very nice. The room was fantastic for taking photos meanwhile quiet and cozy.
I loved the bathroom. The heater worked perfectly, nice lighting, clean and fresh equipment.
Good hair dryer and even manual steamer (how thoughtful it is!). Japanese style robes ♥️
Breakfast was fine.
Cons: The room was on the 3rd floor.
No elevator could be a problem for some categories of guests.
The main disappointment was the cleanliness in the main room. Every corner was so dusty that I couldn’t imagine how the hotel was fully booked just a week ago for NY celebration and wasn’t cleaned properly.
Not sure whose fault it was, trip.com or the hotel messed up with my initial advance booking for December 31st. Suddenly, two weeks before the date it appeared there was no room available. So I had to negotiate with myself the stay for later dates and find another option for NY celebrating. The platform only suggested a replacement that was way below my expectations, after spending a nice batch of hours to find a perfect accommodation. So I booked the same hotel by myself but for another date just because I liked the location and interior very much.

Nice place to stay but unable to charge our hp due to the wall socket no usb port & no 3 pin plug. Wanted to borrow from them a 2 pin adapter but they don’t have 😑
