Felt like home

the experience was so good there and the staff are helpful , the only hotel that felt like a real resort and the housekeeping staff are awesome too , definitely coming back here ♥️♥️

I don't feel Staff were very welcoming
BAR:States buy one get one free,does not state has to be the same cocktail for price
It cost 700 THB what a joke
Having cocktails at the bar a middle age woman sitting on the bar with her drink,that is disgusting,OHS.Bartender should have said something not acceptable to other patrons rude and unhygienic.
The nicest staff who were pleasant were the cleaners and breakfast staff

This hotel steals from its guests

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ALERT!
With so many great options, please don't reward a fraudulent business.
This company charged me for a room that I never booked and never stayed in.
The error was made by the horrendous website Agoda. Agoda told me the booking couldn't go through at this hotel so I booked another hotel. Then Agoda told me that the booking was confirmed. I realize t hat this isn't this hotel's fault, BUT...
I cancelled the faulty booking immediately and contacted this hotel immediately (within 5 minutes and days before the booking). They assured me over the phone that the reservation was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. THEN they charged they full amount. I contacted them again, they refused to reply.
There are so many amazing local businesses in Thailand and so many friendly, hard-working and lovely people. The Princess Kalama seems to have the attitude of "steal whatever you can from your guests."
Such a disappointment. Thailand is a country of honest people. Find another hotel that won't steal from you.

5 star service Princess Kamala

What an amazing coffee shop that I come to time and time again when visiting Kamala. The coffee is perfectly smoothand the food of the highest quality. But what sets this cafe apart is the warm welcome recieved and is a great relaxing place with air conditioning to do work or meet socially. A special mention to Mild who consistently delivers super customer experience. There is no better place for your coffee. Thank you. 5 star

Little things you need to know

Everything was okay, until they tried to charge me with 500 baht for an umbrella that was in the room when we leave and we also never touched. Horrible experience! They made me sign for something I didn’t even had to pay because I refused. I have a video proving it and they didn’t believe just because my phone has my country’s time zone (Work reasons). It’s so strange I just saw the same situation in the morning to another guests, they were trying to charge them an umbrella too. Also people smoking on the side rooms all the time so you can’t use the balcony you paid for.
