Perfect stay!

I don't see how this hotel could have any bad reviews? The owner works hard to keep you happy and the place looking clean and tidy. Nothing is to much trouble to ask at reception the lady who owns the hotel is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and valued while staying here.
Cheap rooms that are very big with a massive comfy bed and fairly clean and nice inside, Air con works fine.
Trips and tours are offered at the hotel at a fair and competitive rate. The lady even offers to call pizza delivery and taxis for you.
5 minute walk from,Shops restaurant and bars, 10-15 minutes to centre of Patong and beach, not really on a hill either as the name would suggest. We have really enjoyed it here and would stay again.

Uncomfortable beds

The room was good but the beds were very uncomfortable.
The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and not welcoming. When we arrived they just handed us a key, they never offered any information or asked any questions.
We had to go looking for them to get help.
The location is good it’s a 1 km walk to the beach and lots of restaurants around.

Terrible hostess

Rooms are ok, but the hostess/Owner is a very rude lady.
We got of of the right foot , but I even bought her flowers, but it did not soften her up.
I am not a troublemaker, me and my friends had a little night swim in the pool and when she found out she got so furious that she kicked me out. We did not make any noice or played music, even the late hour i doubt that we disturbed anyone.
My advice is to find a cheaper and better hotel for your money.

Lovely stay

Little bit of a walk to the beach however we really loved our stay over Thai new year. Lovely host and the rooms are nice and big for a reasonable price. The bed was also huge. Enjoyed swimming in the pool after a hot day out. Highly recommend Patong Hillside

Close to everywhere

Fantastic host, very good rooms for reasonable price, pool not so big but good enough to chill in the hot night. You can rent scooter for 200THB/day, petrol from vending machine - stands with bottles will robe you.
