Italian food

Italian owner in a good way. Thai staff, but not for this doubt indeed I ate pizza a good dough, really good products. I also ate flowers cooking menu and I did not miss the feeling of home, quite the contrary. Homemade pasta. Excellent

Nightmare place, ruined vacation.

Stay away from me!
Misleading photos on the site, the area is noisy, dirty and severely degraded and the rooms worthy of such an area: antiquated furnishings, locked safe (for 3 days we asked to solve , no change), only one towel per person (in vain we asked for an extra towel but nothing.... bounced x days), bathroom with shower practically above the toilet, without curtain or other , taps and furnishings from landfill and dirt everywhere (a cotton swab on a shelf from the first day to the last without anyone taking it off).
Hair on the floor x all week, despite the "daily cleaning" ...(....)
One evening, on our return, bathroom flooded with water that pounded with force x the breakage of a flexible.... things that happen.... yes ... when the stuff is rotten..... x luck the bathroom has a step so the water has not invaded room and suitcases.
Breakfast is from 9.... a little late x those who want to do sea, c say that tomorrow they would have anticipated at 8.30.... no one is seen.
Returning from breakfast taken out we meet a big mouse x the stairs!!! At our screams comes out the owner who later reassures us saying "don't worry, the mouse has come out" as if it were normal to find one x the stairs.
The window overlooking a panorama of garbage and eternal roofs is "unopenable" as it is dirty from the splashes of the air conditioner upstairs ...
Hard mattress like a table , stained shower towels, light that blows out every time you are in the shower and at the same time excess the air conditioner and then .... cold water.
***** rude managers. They weren't even able to call us a taxi when we asked.
No low figure justifies such crap.
Of course no one s apologized for all the inconvenience.
I felt teased.... at my final complaints the owner told me that if I wanted comfort I had to go to a 5 star hotel.... judge for yourself....
This accommodation is one step above sleeping under a bridge.
Not acceptable.
But if you tell me that in Thailand everything is normal..... go ahead....

Good location if you prefer parong beach (I'm not). Cleaning every day. Owners pay attention but not unobtrusive. Rooms are old and nothing special but clean and cheap. Had some problem with check-in in the late night but in the end it was done. The hotel has Italian restaurant on the first floor but prices could be more reasonable.

This hotel is very hard to find as there is no sign when I asked the owner he said it was broke. I said it would be a good idea to put small sign up as this was an Italian restaurant and the rooms were above. It also rooms had no kettleTV had no aerial. There was no water in fridge. No information on how to get in late at night for the price of this hotel, it would need to be giving a bit more and it wouldn’t be a big cost.

Bedroom was a bit old and poorly decorated. It was not even the bedroom we booked but for reasons we didn’t understand we were given another room in another building. We didn’t accept the first room they gave us that was awful, all black without light, no window and really creepy. We complained and they accepted to give us a room in the upper floor with more light but still old and rudimentary
