A hideaway boutique hotel in Pisanulok

A small six-story hotel in the Alannic neighborhood of Phitsanulok. The shape of the common space in the building, which includes plenty of art sensations like fancy cafes and studios, is brilliant and creates an atmosphere worthy of being called a boutique hotel. Artificial flowers and large paintings are arranged in various places in the guest rooms to express a unique sense of art, as well as the pursuit of comfort and functionality. It is located in the middle of a residential area and there are no signs indicating the destination along the way, so it is difficult to access, and although it is an unsuitable location for sightseeing and Shopping, it can be said that the quiet and sheltered environment is attractive because it is located in a residential area. The hotel is also a 5-minute walk from the Mitt Chaibancha Museum, which is a must for Thai movie lovers. In Phitsanulok City, where there are still few high-rise buildings, it is also worth noting that it offers views from the upper floors. It's no wonder that Phitsanulok, considered one of Thailand's top hotel battlegrounds, is dusting off its excellent value for money and has generally earned high Ratings on Reservation sites.

SO DISAPPOINTED - OVER PRICED and Old and Dirty :(

Room # 305 ~ 1 x Night Stay ~ Booked via Agoda
Our first and last stay here.
The place feels Dirty, Grubby and is staffed by young pretty things who only want to be stuck into their Mobile Phones.... and not be disturbed!!
We did get an early check in which was appreciated :)
Straight into the room and long black Asian hairs all around the Bathroom.
Cobwebs all over the Bedroom high up ( no one looks... so no one sees!! )
Very Very hard mattress and Pillow.
The only saving grace is that it is situated in very very quite area of Town - no outside noise.
A Kettle in the room but no Cups or Tea and Coffee provided!!
Breakfast was a TOTAL MISS - Thai Soup or Toast ( No eggs or Ham )
Very Very DISAPPOINTED here - I Over Paid and They Under Delivered!!

Absolutely recommended

What a surprise to find this amazing property! Rooms are huge by local standards, beds comfy, 2 aircons for each side of the bed and a rooftop breakfast that's local but absolutely delightful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Breakfast is OK nothing special but juice coffee coco toast rice soup
Easy check in check out good for car drivers and good parking.. not best for people who walk themselves

Noisy

Last at this hotel and I read reports about the smell .walked in and all I could smell was a sickly air freshener smell .walked into the lifts and there was 2 air fresheners in the lift. The room was clean and bed was just ok. The bathroom was small and had a sliding window which opened to the outside .the tracks that the glass slide along was full of scum and mould.the bathroom had a smell ,so my wife told the front desk so they brought up 2 air fresheners !!!!! Breakfast was eggs and the thai ham and a little salad. Mostly catered for thai people .sat down and a bug walk across my plate .the hotel is in a little soi (street) and had dogs barking all night .not a good hotel
