Booked for bus terminal across the road

My partner and I had a night bus to Chiang Mai at 12:30am. We wanted to nap first and this was the perfect location right across from the terminal and cheap as well. Well worth the price even thought we practically only stayed for 7 hours.
Rooms are exactly like the photos, clean and simple. The only thing I would be wary about is the noise. Not very soundproof and can hear the road and the neighbours.

did what it said on the tin!

The check in was smooth , parking secure ( A security guard challenged me when I went out later to the vehicle), room was functional and most importantly clean. Coffee was available in the Lobby area free of charge. a few hundred yards from the bus terminal and an array of restaurants. If you need to go to town you will need additional transport of sort . As a night stop over we could not ask for more. Must be successful it is currently being extended. Made the trip on the back road from BKK to CNX most relaxing

Far, not near to city centre

Hotel is located about 10km from the city centre, along the main highway. It's not near to anywhere so make sure you have a transport. Rooms are ok nothing to shout about but its clean. No breakfast available.

Our hotel is located right across the new Bus Terminal where you can conveniently take a bus to the ancient town of Sukhothai while the drive to the main city center takes less than 10 minutes. If you should like to visit us again, you can try the nearby restaurant specializing in North-Eastern dishes or we can recommend other nice restaurants that are a few kilometers away from the hotel.

Nice and clean

Very convenient location. This hotel has all you want, it's near the bus station less than five minutes, so you can catch your bus to Sukhothai . The staff is extremely nice and gentle, the hotel is new, clean and everything is nice.

Very nice hotel, clean and friendly

Near the new bus station, clean and nice. Very good relation quality/price.
Only micro waved meals, though.
Anyway good places to eat passing the bus station.
Bus to the center.
Taxi to Wat Ratana Yai 120 baht.
Taxi from the airport between 150 and 200 baht.
