Hilton Pattaya has set the bar for excellence
I’ve enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Pattaya. It was my first time here and it exceed my expectations. The customer service here is at an excellent level and everyone from the concierge to the cleaning staff all made my stay much more enjoyable.
Rooms: The room itself has great functionality and switches are placed in easy to reach and mostly logical areas. I was very happy that the staff informed me I was able to remove the minibar items inside and the snacks as I wanted to purchase my own drinks which there was no room for until the minibar was removed. I had booked an Ocean-view room and I was quite happy with the view. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept on and I appreciated the drying rack on the balcony. I have used it many times.
Facilities/amenities: The existing facilities/amenities are great. The fitness center especially is perfect for me and I love the added bonus of the refrigerator with the cold towels. My only wish would for there to be some sort of Sauna like Finnish Saunas as that is something I really love. The pool itself is nice to relax, however I would have liked there to be more of an area to swim, but that’s only wishful thinking.
Breakfast Buffet: Since the normal location of the buffet was under renovation, we were having breakfast at the lvl 17 event space outside the ballroom. This made some of the locations and setting a bit awkward, but it was still fine. The food itself I can tell uses good ingredients. There is a lot of variety, with cooks helping to create foods on the spot. Taste is subjective, so I won’t comment too much but I loved trying out all the new foods. My personal favourite area is the fruit as sometimes they stock with harder to open/eat fruits like jack fruit, dragon fruit. On my last day I had to check out too early for the breakfast buffet but the staff was able to help prepare a custom breakfast box for me.
Service: Everyone, from the concierges, to the doorman, to the cleaning staff all had wonderful service. I wanted to give a special thanks to two individuals who really went extra to make me feel at home.
Mr. E*, the concierge, greeted me every day with gusto. Seeing him always brightened up my day or cheered up my mood. Whenever possible, we would have a short conversation and I can feel his sincerity in the conversation.
Mr. V*, the head chef running the restaurants, I had the pleasure to meet and he greeted me at breakfast most days and would even prepare some dishes for me personally. He also provided insight on how to eat some Indian cuisine and answered all my food-related questions.
Thank you to the Hilton for wonderful stay. I hope to be back.

Hitlon Pattaya
This was my 3rd stay at Hilton Pattaya, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations! Whenever I visit Pattaya, I honestly wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else—it is always my top choice. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A special shoutout to the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. The location couldn't be better, with Central Pattaya shopping mall conveniently located right downstairs.
The breathtaking sea views from the hotel are completely unmatched, and spending time at the iconic infinity pool while taking in the stunning coastline was an absolute highlight of my trip.
To top it all off, I stayed here during my birthday. After coming back to my room from breakfast on the big day, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful and festive birthday decorations and birthday cake in the room. It was such a heartwarming and memorable touch. Thank you, Hilton Pattaya team, for making my birthday so special! I can’t wait to come back for my 4th visit.

My Favorite Hotel in Pattaya
Hilton Pattaya is my favorite hotel in Pattaya. The location is hard to beat—right in the center of the city and directly above Central Festival mall, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.
Diamond members are recognized very well, with excellent benefits such as the breakfast buffet, executive lounge access, and room upgrades when available. The hotel also has a beautiful pool area that is perfect for relaxing.
Most importantly, the staff are consistently friendly and professional. They genuinely go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and that guests are well looked after. I always enjoy staying here and look forward to returning.

5. Star treatment, I cancelled my booking at another hotel, just to come back to Hilton Pattaya, I have traveled all over the world, but this treatment is out of this world , will be back soon
