Bombastic prospects!

We now had an annual contract in the 25th. Stock - probably on the noisy side - road. I enjoyed watching the traffic. Also the services, security and cleaning women - pool service in the 31st century. Floor and 46th. Floor! All bombastic! I miss the altitude!!! and - also the Issan club right next door until the morning hours among mostly locals! Would definitely come back!

Condo was very good but a bit to noisy on the front of building with traffic, so just beware, when booking ask.outherwise nice place to stay.

Although forbidden, they rent out short term apartments on Airbnb, et cetera
Not that it’s all the cheapest Chinese stuff. They also cheat you on the deposit.
Avoid going there
The location is also bad
Within 10 minutes walk is nothing

Probably the Best Apartment Complex in Pattaya

Incredible place to stay. Great location with excellent facilities. I really cannot fault it. Everything is clean, well kept and I've found all the staff to be helpful and friendly, front desk, security and the cleaning/ facilities staff. Very impressed.
Security is very good, all biometrics so only registered tenants can enter the lift area and can only go to the floor their apartment is on, along with the floors with the facilities and basement levels, and the apartment doors are opened by your fingerprint or code.
Apartment itself is nicely put together, maybe a little small, but big enough. The shower is fantastic and ther bed is extremely comfortable and the lounge and kitchen area is sufficient and comfortable.
As for the facilities, they are top notch. The gym has everything you could possibly need. The pools are great, both with amazing views with lounging beds you can use, and the sauna and steam room on the 31st floor are superb, again, well kept and regularly cleaned.
The only negative about the place is that there is no on site reverse osmosis water filter machine, quite surprising considering the standard of everything else here. There is one a couple of minutes walk away from the building, but is still a little inconvenient. As is having to walk yo the nearest seven eleven to get your water supply if that's tour preference.
Still giving the place 5 stars but they really should get one or two of these water machines installed, like every other decent apartment complex in Pattaya.
Ps. The restaurant on site serves very good food at reasonable prices with friendly staff and a very plush and relaxed atmosphere.

The Arcadia Millenium is located on third road Pattaya which is an excellent location and you can easily walk to Pattaya or Jomtien centre.
It's a tall building with two swimming pools, sauna and a gym for you to use from early morning until 22:00. The condo also has a lovely restarant on the ground floor called "Tikki' serving pizza, pasta and thail food. The cafe makes the millenium one of the best condos to live in. Lovely food and drinks.
The apartment is big enough with a tv, fridge and has a nice soft comfortable bed. If you need cleaning or a bed change then that can be arranged at a small cost.
Overall, I enjoted my stay at this condo and look forward to staying here in the future.
