Peaceful location, great mountain view
Stayed here for a few nights, booked a family room which was two rooms connected room 6&8 down the far end on the left.
Checked in late evening after the 4hr trip on the very bendy road to Pai 762 bends.
We were shown the room and given 1 key as we were told the other door key had been broken, so we could not lock that door. But the hotel is in a very quiet area and not many rooms, so was not too worried. (This will be relevant later on)
Hotel rooms large rooms bathrooms nice, all clean, bathrooms a good size and showers powerful, air con in both rooms was very good. The kitchen areas outside the rooms we didn't use them apart from the fridge but had all you could need to cook meals. The seating area at the end of room 8 has to be the best at the hotel, had a dining table and chairs and a couch with views over the rice fields to the mountains and no sounds apart from the wildlife, a very relaxing time each morning sitting looking out.
The pool was smaller than on booking sites photos but kids still enjoyed using it.
Breakfast had a choice of two selections included with the stay, Western or Thai all cooked fresh and fruit provided a coffee machine available to use.
The wifi here is not working and had not been working for a long time after speaking to other guests, the only place you could get it was right in front of reception near the pool and it was slow. Though advertised available in rooms it has no Internet connection due to IP config issues and this was on all 3/4 networks available. Staff said will be fixed next day but was not for our 3 nights and the other people had been there a week and said they keep being told the same. This means the TV in rooms will not work as it's via Internet, if you needed to use to keep kids entertained due to no wifi on phones you are out of luck.
Location is a 10 min drive from Pai so taxi's are around 150-200bht each way,
Back to the keys when we tried to lock the door for the room that had a working key, the keys are made from the thinnest metal like butter it just bent and snapped with no pressure. We told the staff the next day and was told this happens all the time and said they needed a 300bht key deposit, on check out they returned 100bht So not too bad but they probably should get keys cut with a better quality. They gave us the key for the other room the next day but after testing it once you could see the key starting to deform so we never attempted to lock the doors for the rest of the stay.

Be cautious! Highly not recommended!!
We are a family with three children. We planned to stay for 15 nights but ended up staying only 6 nights. Every day there was an issue with the water and/or a clogged toilets.
The owner actually kicked us out because we complained about the clogged toilets.
When I asked where I should go, she simply said it's not her problem. A dreadful place. Stay away!

Excellent
Fantastic little guesthouse, very well designed and built and in a good location that is quiet and not far from town with a safe parking area. It is super cheap to hire a scooter in town so really easy to get about to all the local sights. Great little pool and lovely owners.

Ruhige lage mit Charme
Wir waren für 3 nächte ,alles wunderbar und gepflegt.
Saubere Toiletten und Hilfsbereite angestellte.
Dias ambiente und das Klima ist Familliär .
Das gemeinsame BBQ war ein Highlight,danke nochmal .

Heimatgefühl in ländlicher Gegend
wunderschöne Unterkunft in Nähe des Flughafens von Pai. Unglaublich hilfsbereit und fürsorglich aufgenommen worden. Mit Blick auf die Reisfelder und einem Schwimmingpool der sehr gepflegt ist. Absolut lohnenswert dort hinzugehen.
