Paradise location!
What a gorgeous place! Phi Phi Holiday Resort is set on an absolute paradise beach, and the location is simply stunning. We spent most of our time on the beach, doing very little other than staring out at the sea — which was exactly what we needed!
All the staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our first room did have a musty smell and there was a leak from the balcony ceiling, but the team dealt with it without any fuss and happily moved us to a better room in a much nicer location. We really appreciated how accommodating they were.
We ate at the international buffet, which was fantastic, and there are also a couple of restaurants along the beach to the left of the hotel. We ate at Jasmine’s and had some fabulous Thai food — definitely worth a visit.
There were renovations taking place during our stay, which will no doubt improve some of the older rooms and facilities. Despite the initial room issues, we absolutely loved our stay and could easily have stayed much longer.
For us, it was the perfect three-day escape between busy Phuket and Krabi — a chance to slow down, relax and enjoy a truly beautiful slice of paradise.

Peaceful and relaxing hotel
Came at the start of rainy season so hotel was quiet. I liked that!
As far as getting there. When you arrive by ferry, take a longtail taxi boat approx 1500 baht. Takes about 30 mins. Wear clothes you don't mind getting wet. I had to climb off boat and walk to shore. Porter carried bag!
I had a coral sea view chalet. Beautiful room, very spacious, bed comfortable and everything you need.
Staff were friendly and polite.
A taxi service is available leaving 0750 and returning 1500. Return trip 600 baht.
Just make sure you take pic of boat ID when get off.
If miss speed boat, you will need to pay a longtail but make sure the weather is ok and not getting dark or you will be stuck in town.
Boat is the only means of transport.
Restaurant in hotel was good.Food well presented and tasty. Never got to try the sunset Restaurant due to weather.
Its a chilled place, can dive or take a tour but that's about it.
I just lay and enjoyed peace and quiet plus the sun.

Amazing resort, Pool villa room was incredible, Staff were fab
Wow we arrived here for our Honeymoon and have the most amazing room which they decorated for us. We have been blown away by the staff who are so lovely and incredibly hospitable. What an amazing hotel. Highly recommend. Thank you for making our Honeymoon so special. Fran was amazing at explaining the resorts facilities to us. What great staff at the restaurant, Aon and Ja were so lovely and attentive. They've all been fantastic. The buggies were a great addition

Phi Phi Holiday Resort in our hearts !!!
It was now our 7th. stay at the Phi Phi Holiday Resort and it is like "coming home" for us by now. The warm welcome really touched us deeply this time and tears of joy were shed. Many thanks to the entire staff - from the General Manager to all hotel employees and chambermaids ! We have taken you all into our hearts ! Yes, our 3 weeks there unfortunately passed much too quickly again - in the blink of an eye. The white, gently sloping beach there is a dream for simply letting your soul unwind. Songkran is also always a special experience for us and a great honor to be allowed to participate in it . The breakfast has become even a bit more extensive compared to last year. The quality of the dinner at the hotel was also very good and reasonably priced. Of course, for a change, you can also visit one of the beach restaurants located within walking distance, which we also did often. But be careful, my wife once caught a small stomach bug there. Two days of bland food were the result, but otherwise everything was okay. Our vacation was 3 months ago now and we already miss Phi Phi Holiday Resort very much again! But we have already booked again for next year 2027 and can therefore feed on the anticipation once more. We come back !

Beautiful, tranquil and an amazing place to be.
Booked as part of a tour with Trailfinders, we had 3 fabulous nights here but could have very happily stayed for a lot longer. The speedboat transfer from Phuket brought us direct to the beach outside the next hotel and a staff member met us off the boat which felt very White Lotus! As it was low season we were lucky to be given an upgrade to a sea view bungalow which was wonderful, the room was perfect with a very comfy bed, great shower and a good size. There are useful water barrels outside each room with a ladle to wash off any sand before you go in your room which is a lovely touch. We ate in the restaurant one night which was good and the breakfasts had plenty of options. The staff at the hotel are lovely, the guys at the watersports section are enthusiastic to tell you where to spot various fish and the snorkeling here is fabulous, so much to see! You just leave a deposit to borrow snorkeling kit. Pub who helped with our luggage was always cheerful but that was true of the staff in general (can't remember all the names!) Would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return someday. We booked a private longtail boat trip direct from someone on the beach (boat number 6) but they have lots of different trips available to book at the hotel as well.
