Krabi Home is more than just a place to stay.
We have been staying at Krabi Home for several years, and although the resort is surrounded by internationally renowned luxury hotels, this property consistently stands out for one reason above all, its exceptional team.
The staff deserve special recognition. They make our busy travel schedules so much easier by anticipating our needs and taking care of everything without us having to ask twice. Throughout all of our travels, we can honestly say this is one of the best hospitality teams we have encountered at any hotel, whether independent or part of a global chain.
We would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank every member of the team for their outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Their dedication keeps us coming back year after year.
If you're a busy business traveler looking for a hotel that truly supports your stay rather than simply providing accommodation, we highly recommend Krabi Home based on the strength of its incredible team alone.
The dining experience is another highlight. Every dish is beautifully prepared, with authentic Thai herbs and spices that create rich, well balanced flavors. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite, and the prices are very reasonable considering the standard of the cuisine. What makes the experience even more memorable is the breathtaking oceanfront view from the restaurant an incredible setting that offers exceptional value and makes every meal feel special.

Small, simple, beautiful.
Small and simple bungalow complex with great views and fantastic sunsets on the beach.
Our beach bungalow was clean and cozy, the bed comfortable.
Breakfast with your feet in the sand, quality and choice fits.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation and can do without 5-star luxury, Krabi Home Resort is the right place for you.

Way too expensive for the value. Dirty beaches. Unfriendly staff. Faulty air conditioning. This place needs a major renovation and new trained staff that respect the hospitality standards of the “land of smiles”.

Ugly and a little sad
The beach itself is beautiful and the sea is calm (when there is , because for half the day it disappears) the place looks much nicer in photos. The bungalows are quite old and a bit sad .. the restaurant is overpriced for what it is , I paid a bill at the ritz next door in a great location of 2000 bath and the with plastic chairs 1400, so proportionally I found it very expensive. I would not stay there again and honestly would not recommend it.

Serious Billing Problem
Charged thee times for one Booking
We were charged three times for a single rservation at this hotel. Each time, the amount was only refunded after intervention by our credit crd company.
Despite resolving the issue twice, we were charged again for the same booking. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and raises concerns about systematic miscondutct.
The situation caused significant stress and health problems. Nobody like to loose amount like CHf 1500.-- cause this hotel does not know how to handle its business.
I strongly recommend future guests to carefully monitor their credit card statements when booking here.
