A great night's sleep.
Great Value...
Cozy is in a nice quiet area only a short walk out to the main hub.
Lovely big room, new aircon, garden & pool are absolutely spotless.
There's covered parking opposite the hotel.
There are many places to stay in Krabi Town but this is my favourite, yes its been here a while & the rooms are a little dated which does not bother me at all as they have comfy big beds and are super clean and in my opinion, this is reflected in the rate.
If you want to have somewhere central but quiet so you can sleep well this is great
I will be back.

Basic dirty hotel
Very basic hotel, although the pool is okay.
Staff are useless and the owners absolutely rude. The owners look away or walk away when they see you approaching.
If you ask for something that is not the norm it's a struggle. We only wanted eggs for breakfast but to get them to accept that that's all we wanted was a mission, we wasn't asking for anything extra in fact the opposite, by having eggs only we were having less. We didn't even have a coffee because it's instant coffee.
All the sun loungers are chained together in twos to stop you from moving them.
Aircon is fixed so it doesn't go below 22 degrees, so if you want a cooler night forget it.
They have dogs which bark during the night and they let them bark around the pool when area in the day.
The whole place needs a good clean, the rooms, the reception are which doubles as breakfast room, the sun loungers, basically everything is dirty.
Don't arrive early because you will not be aloud to check in before 2pm, which is fine if there is somewhere to put your bag and you can go off, but we just got told to sit and wait.
The WIFI seems to stop working in the evenings until about 8am then its fine, seems a bit odd happening every night I might say they turn it off?

Our first impression of this hotel was very poor. The lobby was an absolute mess of boxes, unorganized files, dishes and utter chaos. It could use a thorough cleanup! However, We had a clean room on the main level with the patio access to the pool area. The pool is small but clean and refreshing. At first glance the location seems “sketchy “, however once we started to explore we realized that we were close to the walking night market street which was a fun experience.

The best stay in Krabi Downtown that ticks all the boxes:
Cost-effectiveness - Reasonably priced
Space - Spacious room and the most spacious balcony
Cleanliness - Well kept, neat and comfy
Bed - Firm and perfect for a good night rest
Pool - Good enough for a refreshing swim and chill
Location - Walking distance to many tasty restaurants, convenient shops, a mall and a night market, also near the beautiful river
Parking - Free and easy to park
Breakfast - Very thoughtful and wholesome breakfast every morning
Service - The best and it makes my family feels like home
Conclusion: Highly recommended and personally we’d come back again, definitely.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
Terrible experience. Never met more aggressive, rude people in my life.
Stayed here for one night on the 22nd December. We were leaving early the next morning to catch a flight at 7am. As breakfast didn’t start til 7.30am I asked a guy if it was possible to maybe get a little something to take away. His response. “Ask her” and pointed to a lady outside, whom I assumed was his wife. With his first rude abrupt response, I could see this wasn’t going to go well. He went outside, spoke to her and she turned round and gave me a look of disgust. She came in, not once stopping to talk to me and said unbelievably rudely “Yes!” I kept polite and said “hello, would it be possible to maybe get a little something to take away in the morning please” her response was “ No, breakfast 7.30am” and she went back outside. When she came back, I asked if a slight refund would then be possible as we won’t have breakfast. “No!! You clean the room too” she snapped back. My response was “why are you taking to me like this?” To which she shouted “jam and toast, that’s it!”
At this point I calmly said, “No problem, it doesn’t matter. You’ve been extremely rude and are obviously a very unhappy, unpleasant person”
One thing I noticed was that she was very polite to people other own ethnicity, which I believe to be Chinese. As we left the next morning, two Chinese people were in the pool at 7am. When the pool opening times were 7.30am. She was happily chatting away to them. I wonder how she would have been if my two young boys went in for a swim.
I’ve been to many places and I’ve honestly never met a more rude, aggressive individual in my life. Clearly she has her own battles to deal with. But what ever you have going on your personal life, you can not speak to people the way she did.
Spend your money else where people. Safe travels ❤️
