Must be the best place in Koh Lanta !

Spacious very comfortable villa with kitchen, separate bedroom,balcony and good aircon surrounded by amazing gardens with excellent swimming pool, nice breakfast with real coffee and homemade bread.
The whole property is immaculately clean and the attention to detail in the decor and surroundings are on the same level as a 5 star hotel but what takes this place to a different level is the owner Ya and staff who make you feel very special.
We rented a motorbike and toured the whole island which was great. It was an oasis of peace after returning from the busy town and beaches.

Relaxed stay

A super nice stay at the property. The pool is beautiful and the complex very nicely maintained. The hostess is eager and always available for a chat. The rooms are spacious and large the air conditioning works excellently the perfect place to unwind. The café, which is connected, is also highly recommended.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

We were looking for a high standard of accomodation and after reading the reviews for Arthaya Villas we booked up. The communication I had with the owner, Ya was absolutely first class. She arranged a taxi transfer from the airport, advice on what trips to book, arranged mopeds for us and was there everyday to ensure our stay was perfect. We had a one bedroom apartment that was spacious, spotlessly clean and amazing air conditioning. There are only a few villas so your get peace and quiet. They are all around the pool that we used most days. The food was really excellent. You got a varied choice for breakfast and lunch. The location is great. There are a few restaurants a few mins walk away and a small supermarket. If you needed any other shopping there are 7-11's near too. If you don't want to walk there are lots of taxis available, and for a a couple of pounds they will take you to busier parts further along the road with more restaurants and even an Irish Bar! All the restaurants we tried had great food. But it was also great to return to Arthaya Villas knowing you will get peace and quiet and a great sleep in the huge comfy beds.
The staff are really fantastic and are constantly cleaning, maintaining all the plants and ensuring they can do any requests you have. We could not fault Arthaya Villas and will definitely be returning. Thank you Ya and all your great staff.

Lovely place

Lovely breakfast and amazing place
I order a smoothie bowl, a pineapple and banana shake and some coffee, it was so delicious. The staff at the place, are very helpful and kind. Im gonna stay here for 4 weeks. I can definitely recommend the place

Brilliant facility with super friendly owner and staff

An insider tip for every holidaymaker on Ko Lanta. In our opinion, the most beautiful resort on the island and with unbeatable price/performance ratio and super friendly staff. We extended our stay on the second day.
Complex surrounded by greenery and beautifully maintained nature with an additional pool including a whirlpool, fantastic!!!
The rooms are super clean & modern - almost in new condition. The service is second to none - no sloppy wiping, just a thorough cleaning every day. Shower and plumbing are of European standard.
At breakfast you can choose between 6 dishes - all delicious and homemade. Additionally a barista for a top coffee. The smoothies are also recommended.
A big thank you also to the owner, who was always super friendly and helpful. You felt like you were at home. Scooters can be rented locally for 200 baht, super cheap. The location is also great.
Completely satisfied and highly recommended!!
