Very nice guesthouse to stay in, quiet and central.
Beds good, guest people totally nice, breakfast great. A place to stay

You get what yoy pay for.

Room very dingy, in need of refurbishment ! Window overlooked the hall, so blinds remained closed. Toiletries and two bottles of water free on arrival, towels were clean but well worn. Room needed a coat of paint as could see thr different paint where new headboards were located. Comfortable mattress and air con on side wall. Hot shower, but area old and with mould on tiles. Staff most friendly and helpful, room cleaned daily. Nice area for breakfast, bread, jam, marmalade, butter, coffee, tea and bananas available in garden/ reception area with a small fish pond.

Returning to Chiang Rai I would definitely book this property again, simple and not cheap

Large clean, quiet and comfortable room.and bathroom with window in non-commercial building. Great location, in a quiet street, a stone's throw from the center. Small breakfast offered from 7. Friendly and helpful staff

Passable.

Nice hotel just a few minutes walk from the center and the "Night Bazaar". We had a nice room with a balcony. Breakfast was really poor.

Good location, clean room

Good Location, room was nice, no lift which is a shame because no help was offered by the staff with your suitcase. Air conditioning, comfortable bed, no tea or coffee making facilities, however there is hot and cold water at reception if you had your own cup and tea/coffee. No hair dryer. Shampoo, shower get and soap, towels were good quality. Basic breakfast offered, tea, coffee, toast and jam. Shame that they don't provide a piece of fruit or some cereals or yogurts.
