Beautiful small hotel, good service, beautiful greenery. Breakfast was repetitive, but decent. Mostly targeting Chinese guests, breakfast can get noisy. Really nice people working there, very supportive and ready to help. Relaxing place to stay, would recommend.

I and my wife stayed at Sannot Riverside Boutique Hotel in Jan 2025 for 23 nights. All of hotel staffs were very friendly and most of them could speak fluent Chinese, some also spoke English. A complimentary breakfast was provided daily with slight variations.
The hotel is not located in the city center but by the riverside, surrounded by trees, offering fresh air and minimal airplane noise. There was a massage shop just in front of the hotel, which we frequently visited after making reservations. Additionally, a nearby seafood restaurant along the river served excellent meals & drinks, and we also enjoyed delightful dinners at the restaurant of Cross Chiang Mai Riverside Hotel which is just next door. To get to the city, we could conveniently book a Bolt ride for under 100 Baht.
Mr. Zhang, the boss of hotel, mentioned that our 23-night stay is the longest new record among the guests had stayed at this hotel. One evening, he invited us to a wonderful dinner and served us excellent foods, drinks as well as nice Chinese tea. Since we stayed in January, the temperature dropped at night exceptionally, making the room slightly chilly. Upon mentioning this, Mr. Zhang went out went out immediately to purchase two small heaters, which are not commonly found in Thailand, and then installed them in our room.
One minor improvement would be increasing the water pressure in the shower. However, daily room cleaning, garden maintenance excellently, and pest control were well taken care of, keeping the surroundings pleasant.
If given the chance, we would love to return. Thank you for the warm and kind hospitality during our stay.

The food was delicious and tasty, the hotel was clean and they had a small swimming pool. The staffs were very helpful and polite. It is very easy to communicate with them by using WhatsApp. The hotel will help us book some attractions and places to go. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel living up to it’s boutique status. The staff is very welcoming & attentive. Every need or question they would gladly help with anything. We even got a welcoming gift and another special as it was a holiday coming up😊
The hotel is a bit outside the Center, but therefore very spacious and beautifully decorated in nature & greens. The amenities are well maintained and clean. Also the breakfast was very good!
I would highly recommend to rent one of their scooters to get around, if you feel a little adventurous. There’s so many places to explore.
Otherwise grab is also easy.
P.S.: Check out the flower festival in Chiang Mai. You definitely won’t regret it, that was a highlight!
