Wonderful hotel. Tasteful interior and lovely rooms, comfortable beds with a good breakfast. Staff just lovely. Will return!

I would rate this hotel 6 if possible

Brand new hotel, in the heart of the old Town, on a quiet street. Our Room was immaculate, large, well equipped and plenty of power outlets. It's possible to darken your room completely if needed. Our room wax on the 3rd floor with a nice view of the neighborhood. Comfy beds, excellent shower. Great breakfast.

Good solid choice for Chiang Mai

We all have our opinions based on past experience and for me this is a lovely simple no frills hotel. As others have mentioned the rooms are a good size. Not huge or large but ample “to swing a cat.” Please no animal welfare jokes!
The breakfast is ample ordered the night before. It is a newish hotel so it is quite clean. Very good shower. Based on the configuration of the room and having looked at the larger rooms with bath I was much happier with my choice of room.
The staff were pleasant enough and for me the young woman who was there most evenings was incredibly helpful and informative. I personally had more difficulty being understood during the day.
Lastly the hotel is great value. I have been to Chiang Mai about 10 times and usually stay either near Thapae Gate or Nimmenhamin. This more residential neighbourhood was just okay but very good for walking to Maya shopping centre.
As I said everyone is entitled to their opinion but to rate this hotel “6 stars” or any other superlative I think is preposterous but it is a great value choice for Chiang Mai.

A solid but sterile choice

The positives include impeccable cleanliness, comfortable and spacious rooms, effective a/c, good WiFi and a quiet location. However, the breakfast was a disappointment - unless you love Korean/meaty breakfasts. As vegetarians, we asked the staff repeatedly what they could offer and we ended up buying items ourselves for them to cook. The problem is not about the fact we had to buy items, but rather about the unwillingness to help, be creative or 'go the extra mile'. It was the same when we checked out - a 30-minute extension request was met with a firm 'no'. In a city/country rightly famed for its warm hospitality and friendly people, the sense here is that this is a very well-run, immaculate and well-priced hotel that lacks any kind of soul or human connection with its guests. Given so many alternatives, we won't stay here again.

Excellent

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, VERY friendly staff. We told them that we had to check out very soon and they offered to make us sandwiches (delicious) and fruit to take away. Excellent quality-price. Well located, very quiet area.
