Great hotel & amazing staff
Room was clean, well designed with a large and tasteful bathroom. Not sure if the room had been flooded at some point but the ceiling appeared patched up and repainted with water stains on the carpet outside the door. Hangers etc. for clothes adequate but needed more shelving and maybe drawers for shorts, t shirts, underwear etc. Television wasn’t used as channel choice poor, really should be upgraded to a smart tv with streaming.
Reception ok and doubled as the breakfast area, so could get busy, food choice however was good and it actually makes a refreshing change to have a good quality varied but limited choice. Always available tea & coffee, fruit and biscuits a bonus.
Pool was small but never crowded and used a few times during our stay.
Staff were great, always friendly and wanting to know about how you slept, feedback on the food and how your day was and where you’d been.
An administrative issue meant we had to change hotels for one night at the end of our stay when we didn’t need to, disappointing but a sincere apology given.
Very much value for money, would recommend and possibly stay again if we return to Chiang Mai in the future.
P.s. the “resident” cats are adorable!
